With Casey M. Anthony, many share your view that she was guilty but jury acquitted. As this poster did not follow the trial, can' t comment on jury other than they did what they believed whether people agree or differ with them. Sometimes guilty are acquitted and in some cases the innocent are convicted. Whether we agree or differ with a verdict, what we can hope for is that a jury views proof and gives verdict based on what they believe is right after going over the proof. We can still differ with the verdict if we think they reached the wrong verdict but we can @least go along with fact that they listened to evidence.

With jury in Jodi Ann Arias case, they deliberated for 3 days and found Jodi Ann Arias guilty of Murder 1. Jury heard evidence for 4 months, with alternates replacing jurors-1 who got removed for reason unknown, another for sickness and another after being arrested for DUI. The death penalty was difficult. Jodi Ann Arias has continued to send Twitter messages on Internet with a friend who is sending them. It's speculated that Jodi Ann Arias's family has been profitting from this case by selling Jodi's art. Once Jodi Ann Arias goes to prison, by Arizona law if not mistaken, she can no longer give media interviews. But media interviewed Jodi Ann Arias after she was convicted of Murder 1 in Maricopa County Jail and her Twitter account is still there with a friend sending messages.

Unless prosecution decides to settle for life in prison without parole and Jodi Ann Arias agrees, it looks like we will have a retrial on whether she gets death penalty by jury. The judge has said in link that no TV coverage of Jodi Ann Arias retrial on sentencing. Wish judge had allowed this as it's the most interesting murder trial.
