Kansas governor signs bill banning Islamic law

I've already proven that I know what Sharia Law is. I'm not going to jump through hoops just because some Canuck Punk is getting off trying to make it happen.


If you cannot figure out why Sharia Law MUST not take root in American Law, you won't understand it even if it's explained in minute detail.

 

What exactly is Sharia Law. You say Sharia is all the things that Muslims say it is not. Are you right or are they right. I'm sure you will say the US law seeks to provide equality and justice. What is some Muslim who does not even live in US or know a single American say that American law is oppressive and condones terrorism. Who would be right. You Americans or the foreigner? According to your logic, the foreigner would be right.

Actually their new statute is partly illegal because the so called Islamic laws they "outlawed" contain the Noahide laws which the USA adopted as national and local administrative law in 1991.

Besides, why not have the Islamic Laws that we are spending trillions to cram down the throats of Yugoslavians, Iraqis, Afghanis, Lybians and Syrians to name a few?

The Noahide laws make Christianity into a crime punishable by death, and, only 1 witness is required to convict of any Noahide violation.

So at WACO they convicted the people there before they came to them, and they killed Koresh et al. for being apostate from the Synogog of Satan called Judaism, and becoming the sort of "Christian" that Koresh became.

Those same Noahide laws are being applied to Lybia and Syria by the USA in collusion with the Saudis, Qataris & Israelis to eliminate Christians from those regions and bring them under the new Muslim Brotherhood Caliphate.

The law says courts can't base rulings on any foreign law or legal system that would not grant the parties the same rights guaranteed by state and U.S. constitutions and it does not specifically mention Shariah law and it's only meant to protect the right to equal treatment under the law. But if it's applied to foreigners of Muslim background in Kansas, the law would ensure that Muslim women are protected from sexual discrimination.

I didn't ask for the definition for Sharia, I asked what is Sharia. Be more specific, you claim to KNOW so prove you KNOW EXACTLY what it is.

How so? As far as I can see, it supports the U.S. legal system and prevents it from be clouded by foreign legal systems. Sounds like a clarification to me, not a target.
