Pardons are done by every president. Why the need to reverse Trumps? And Trump will never be convicted by the Senate so this is all a moot point.

For an impeachment? No the constitution is quite clear. For some other crime? That is being debated and hope it never gets tested but the SCOTUS will have to decide that as far as the constitutional issue. Should he be able to, no. But to insure that in the Constitution will required an amendment and I think we have a LOT more pressing issues.
