    None of which has anything at all to do with either the GOP or the BLOTUS.

    All of that happened under the OBAMA budgets with CONTINUING RESOLUTIONS through the end of 2017.

    You seem to be having difficulty understanding the concept. Let me try again. The.....tax........bill.......is.........unpopular. We can debate its efficacy but that isn't the object of the thread. Again, what policy positions taken by the GOP are popular with a majority of Americans?

    99% of Americans support the idea of teleportation research, too. Teleportation is just as achievable as UBC's... that is to say not at all. The difference is, teleportation would have an immediate beneficial effect on society, whereas UBCs would achieve nothing.

    Because I am not myopic. UBC laws cannot be practically implemented nor enforced, and so will only serve to harass the law-abiding having little or no effect on criminals.

    Obama had anemic and stagnant 1%and 2% GDP. He was the first post war president to never achieve an annual 3% GDP Trump's is going on his third quarter of 3% GDP and analyst are predicting even better to come . Thanks Trump

    Ahh so your thinking in terms of a popularity contest. That will come as people start to really feel the effects of Trump policies. Many right now are just reacting to the constant negative drumbeat by the Trump hate media. It will take longer for public opinion to turn around as reality overwhelms propaganda.     I could come up with a list two pages long leading with the preface that the Democrat Party deserted the American working man in favor of sexual deviants and illegal aliens.

    Other than that, you can look at what President Trump has already done to understand what lies ahead.

    True UBC requires universal registration of all existing firearms. Anything short of that would not be "universal". There are somewhere between 300 million and half a billion firearms (or more) currently at large in this country. Fully half of those are in the possession of "will not comply" owners. You will NEVER see UBCs because they cannot be practically implemented, nor can they be enforced. You will never be able to regulate firearm sales between felons, for instance. These are the facts.

    If true what's your point? Trump was elected to do exactly what he's doing so obviously enough voters like it. The majority of Americans includes people who don't vote and fill our prisons and welfare rolls. Who cares what the dregs of society think? Not me.
