    Fetus, same thing.

You sure have turned bitter since the Roe v. Wade overturn.

If you knew anything about the Constitution you would've known it was probably inevitable. Even Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg admitted that it was bad law.

You seem to think getting an abortion is like going to a seven 11 and buy beer. Scroll to #5 and read the whole thing, to get
the scope of the issue, it's not as simple as you seem to think it is.

Sorry but you people keep squawking that getting an abortion is safer than giving birth so what else is one to think?

She didn't frame it as 'bad' she thought it would have been more durable along having ruled along a different path.

    https://www.washingtonpost.com/history/2022/05/06/ruth-bader-ginsburg-roe-wade/

She suggested a ruling protecting abortion rights would have been more durable if it had been based on the Equal Protection Clause of the Constitution — in other words, if it had focused on gender equality rather than the right to privacy that the justices highlighted.

I'm not seeing many exceptions to abortion bans.

States are starting to ban abortions. where there are complete bans triggered by the court's ruling, I'm not seeing any exceptions.

    You okay with that?

Well, I suspect the legal term would be 'person' or 'personhood'.

Where science proves an embryo is human life, it can't prove when 'personhood' begins.

Only the Supreme Court can arbitrate that one, it has to be done by decree, and it has yet to do it.

So, not the same thing, not yet.

    Panic-Panic-Panic-Exxagerate-Exxagerate-Exxagerate-Blah-Blah-Blah

It would cost no more in another state than it would in their own, plus nobody said that Planned Parenthood will cease to exist. Why are you trying to add $600 to the equation? You wouldn't be exxagerating would you?

My goodness. Looking at all of your ramblings on numerous threads on this subject, you need to take a step back and just B-R-E-A-T-H-E. Everything is going to be O-K.

Like you, I too want women to have access to legal abortions. Unlike you, I am looking at it rationally and recognizing that at worst this adds a minor inconvenience to the process. Adding a minor inconvenience is not the end of the world that you are portraying.

Do you wish to play the game that I have to 100% agree with 100% of what my party does Nationwide?

Fringe elements of your party which are becoming more common everyday... Want us to call men in a dress a woman, are you okay with that?

Do you see how that works do you see how it goes both ways?

Some of the soft on crime prosecutors in your party would have let the rapist if that 11-year-old girl go are you okay with that?

Because they have travelled à distance to obtain an abortion!! Geesh!
    And
Why do you need a hôtel room?
Because the women have had to travel à distance, thanks to this decision.
    Geesh!

And your assumption as to the seriousness of the procédure speaks to your ignorance of the subject. Why do you think some women die after an abortion?
You need to do some research.

If I needed dental work I go to à qualified dentist.
If I am about to give birth, I go to à hospital.
If I want an abortion, thousands of women now have to go to god knows who.
I'll bet there are dangerous fraudsters out there sharpening up their scalpels.

While at first blush, "3/5ths" sounds insulting, and would be if that were the end of the story- but it's not.

You see, if slaves had counted as a whole person, the slave South would have had a lot more members in the House of Representatives, and thus, a lot more control over the country as a whole... Remember, the number of Reps a State gets is directly proportional to its population. While I doubt it, as the entire world evolved, had that been the case we may have never had a Civil War and may have never ended slavery, because the South would have had greater, if not complete control of the Federal Government.

Many of the framers were abolitionists, but they were also smart enough to know if they insisted upon that being a term of the Constitution, it would never pass and the Constitution would not have been ratified. So, the whole 3/5ths thing may have been an unnoticed trojan horse from the start. At the very least, it accelerated the demise of slavery and the horrors that went with it.

The fundamental choice; "should I have a child, or should I have an abortion?", has not changed. The only thing that has changed is the distance. This is the point @Cybred fails to understand, because, I now believe, he is actually a bot, and incapable.

In an attempt to address reality as opposed to watching some version of How the World Works, I wonder why some mâles in here have forgotten the pregnancies obtained by abuse, rape, date rapes, being drugged, spiking drinks, incest and grooming gangs. All mâle activités designed to subject women to being used and abused, for mens' own pleasure.
These women are already victims of men. Now men have piled on more punishment and difficulties plus another chance to point the moral finger.
This takes the recognition of personal need of the innocent, called empathy, back 50 years.

 Only for one issue voters who are rich and don't care about how inflation is affecting their food supply, gas supply, rent money etc etc. Biden et al screwed up. As the saying goes "its the economy ******" That determines elections far more than anything else.

You talk about empathy....what about empathy for the unborn? Why don't you have empathy for them?

I would really like to see a draft of your "right to privacy" amendment. I'm curious how you cobble all of this together into a coherent text.
