Not like Israel.. Mossad had helped the Kurds with weapons and training since 1952.. I know you have heard of Mustapha and Massoud Barzani.

Did you feel that way when that's all Obama did? Trump went one step further though...after the two major bombing campaigns, this time he put sanctions directly against their fuel supplier...Putin....no WMDs have happened since.

    https://www.dailysabah.com/war-on-terror/2017/04/14/ypg-forced-500000-kurds-to-exile...
Apr 13, 2017 · YPG forced 500,000 Kurds to exile for not being communists: Çavuşoğlu. Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu accused Thursday the PKK-affiliated Democratic Union Party (PYD) and its armed wing, the People's Protection Units (YPG) of forcing "nearly 500,000 Syrian Kurds into exile for not being Marxists and communists.". With the Syrian conflict lingering...

hahaha no he didn't...there were many more attacks...all he did was give them more support by inviting Putin in. Did Obama fully understand the potential problems with inviting Putin? Likely not...but he was in his more "flexible" position with Putin, and just not that bright....he got played

No one wants continuing war! The issue here is that we will be abandoning an ally, the Kurds. An ally who has lost many fighters in the course of fighting an enemy that is a terrorist organization and that is not destroyed but only displaced.

Don’t ya love it when a European wants America to expend her blood and treasure on something, but you don’t see them volunteering their blood and treasure?

Don't fret. Despite years of braying vehement opposition to the bloody US quagmire in Afghanistan, your bloodlust will be satisfied by Fake Don's persisting in the fiasco, where he has between13,000 and 14,000 U.S. troops deployed, even as he cuts and runs from the minimal, albeit critical, deployment in support of the 60,000 Christians in Syria.

Do you pretend to be a fellow American in your advocacy of the precipitous abandonment of 60,000 Christians in Syria?

So much for loyalty to democratic allies who have sacrificed lives is a mutual cause.

The one thousand US troops in Syria are critical, whereas the 13-14 thousand whose lives are endangered in Afghanistan by your messiah are irrelevant?

You make some good points and it is interesting that there is another guy here who has some good knowledge of our enemy and their "hood".

There are times that we stuck our noses in places and at times that we should not have. Of course in recent times Iraq was one of those places.
Vietnam was a place that we should have supported politically, economically, and with military advisors. We did need to do something because North Vietnam was a Soviet vassal state. Special Forces, aerial, bombardments, and keeping three of our Iowa class battleships hitting the Commies would have been just great.

The Breslan school incident was actually the fault of Russians and it was more to do with Chechen independence than Islamism. Islamism was only a tool used by Chechens. If Russian just let Chechenya go the Islamists would not have gotten a foothold there. The Russian internal Milittsia is what caused the deaths of all of those kids with a foolishly planned attempt at rescue. They should have waited for the Federal Security troops to get there. Attacking that school was one stupid assed thing to do since all it did was made the Chechens look as bad as the Russians. The Chechens lost the PR war by killing kids. No one except Alex Jones would approve of murdering kids.

The Moskhailnyks have the SVR, GRU, and FSB as intelligence services. I believe I am correct that the GRU is the Russian agency that committed the election interference attack against America. At one time I did know what the reorganization of functions of the KGB into the FSB and other Russian alphabets was.

"You " know what we need is a stealthy way to neutralize guys like Bortnikov. An outright assassination would not be smart because that would start a retaliation game. The best plan would be to get him neatralized would be make it look like an " unfortunate" (for him accident ) he he LOL.

It should be remembered that the United States gave enormous amounts of aid, and eventually formed an alliance with the Soviet Union (the throbbing epicenter of all Communism) in order to destroy Nazi Germany. Sometimes it is expedient to ally yourself with someone whose political/economic theories are different from yours in order to get rid of something like the Nazis, and, radical, violent Islam! Unless I'm wrong, that is exactly what we asked the Kurds to be -- our fighting allies. And they shed a LOT of blood fighting ISIS, which no one can deny.

So now we're just standing aside and letting the Turks pour in, getting ready to kill ALL of them...Communist and non-Communist alike? You can bet that Erdogan will make no distinction between the various factions of Kurds... he will want to kill them all!

Not all Kurds are communists who utilize terrorist tactics.

But the ones in northern Syria are.

Let the Turks string them up.

My country has a thousand troops supporting our Kurdish allies and 60,000 Christians in their fight against Islamic State and control of thousands of IS prisoners they have captured in Syria. As a patriot, I support them.

    What is your country doing?
