    Isn't it tainted by the fact people are told to listen for something before they actually hear it? There is nothing objective about this, its basically saying did you hear it too? Its presented as fact that somebody heard it and now others are asked if they agree, the concept is presented as a yes or no scenario, not an optional scenario in which other things might well be heard or even a scenario in which maybe is a valid answer. Just my thoughts..

    He didn't say "punks"; that is for sure. I would by "goons". At least it is the same vowel sound. But it was Serino who came up with "goons". Z is just so dense he missed the softball and blurted out "punks" during the interview.

    Z said. C___s and he lied to cover it up just like he lied to a court of law.

    agreed, what i can rationalize is that he gets alot of loiterers or trespassers in that area who are black and he was angry and just lost it on this one who actually had a reason to be there.
