I’m here first and foremost to entertain myself. Engaging those who interest me is entertaining, regardless of whether or not any constructive comes of it.

As we can see, after one week of hearings, there hasn’t been any movement one way or the other. People seem to have their minds made up, set in concrete. We’ll see as time goes by if these hearing actually persuade any of the above to actually change their minds about Trump and impeachment.

I agree. The whole thing is a pretense to wrap a political scheme to undermine the president in some kind of righteous cloak. Evidence and fact will be irrelevant, the objective and conclusion were predetermined even before any "investigation" started.

I learned long ago that you ignore what people say or claim, and let their actions speak and tell you who they are and what their character is. Dem leadership has abandoned good character and good faith for pretense, and that is beyond question. The important question here is how many citizen democrats are willing to go along with that, and for how long. It's a situation detrimental to the welfare of us all- the longer they pretend it's not, the more damage it does.

    Impeachment Hearings Live Updates:

Ken Starr on Gordon Sondland's impeachment hearing testimony

Fox News reports, "Former Whitewater Independent Counsel Ken Starr said that the testimony of Ambassador to the European Union Gordon Sondland all but guarantees articles of impeachment will be drawn up by House Democrats."

“What they [Taylor and Morrison] related was, although President Trump claimed to you there was no quid pro quo, he also made it clear to you in that call that President Zelensky had to, quote, ‘clear things up and do it in public.’ You have a reason to dispute that?”

Sondland said he didn’t “have any reason to dispute” that, but “what I’m trying to be very clear about was President Trump never told me directly that the aid was tied to that statement,” he said, referring to previous testimony describing a Sept. 9 conversation where Trump told him he wanted “no quid pro quo.”

By Sept. 9, the whistleblower had already submitted his complaint to the I.G. and Congress was investigating the phone call and the holdup of the military aid approved by Congress.

“Did you also get from President Trump, as reflected by Ambassador Taylor, that he said he was adamant that President Zelensky had to, quote, ‘clear things up and do it in public’?”

“That part I can agree to, yes,” Sondland said.

Yeah I got some of these balls that glow in the dark. You have to charge him up with a flashlight but they're pretty bright and he can find them. I can't keep his attention during the day cuz there's too much stuff going on cats and squirrels and all that. But at night he's pretty focused.

How long can someone watch hearsay and whining before they figure out this is nothing but another liberal sham? I'm guessing two or three days, good thing you folks are going to bore the public for weeks...

That’s pretty nifty. I’ve been considering getting those, but I don’t generally play too far from any street lights in the neighborhood.
My guy could play fetch next to a freeway if I let him. He’s a pretty single minded dog. I do use a ball that whistles though. If he misses seeing the ball land I’ll usually have to help him find it.

No reason to watch as the House Democrats and Senate Republicans decided Trump’s guilt or innocence the day the House announced the Impeachment. It is like watching a murder mystery movie in which someone spoils the ending. Partisans judging partisans will always have an easily predictable outcome. I think most Americans know that had have zero faith in the process like I.

The part where he assumed something that Trump never said? Stuff like that? Oh, mercy me, that is the new smoking gun. I'm starting to wonder if liberals keep throwing all these fake smoking guns out there just to annoy conservatives into finally accepting some gun control to stop it...

He wasn't there for the call, that's what this is about, everything else is fluff. None of it matters until the whistle blower is on the stand, to either create legitimacy in starting this nonsense or destroy it completely. All the rest is hearsay and fluff. Only the most dedicated progs are buying into this nonsense...

So you think the only events in question occurred during the call? Goes way beyond that. And why do you want to hear from the whistleblower while also complaining you want first hand accounts? The whistleblower’s information wasn’t first hand to begin with.

Why no direct evidence? We have seen none. Get your whistle blower on the stand and justify this, otherwise its just another liberal farce, like collusion...
