Marjorie Taylor Greene's 'Mark Of The Beast' Theory Receives Holy Hell On Twitter

Where do these kooks and loons come from?!! It seems like anybody can be a president, senator or congressman nowadays?!! It does say a lot about the people, who elect them?!!

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) spun a new conspiracy theory this week that combines capitalism, communism, fascism, corporations, the coronavirus vaccine, the biblical apocalypse and President Joe Biden in one extremely hard-to-follow narrative.

Greene, who is known as the “QAnon Congresswoman” for her embrace of wild conspiracy theories, railed against the notion of “vaccine passports.” That’s a proposal for a form of ID to prove that someone has been inoculated against the coronavirus before traveling or attending certain events.

“Is this something like Biden’s mark of the beast because that is really disturbing and not good,” she said in a rambling Facebook Live video, referring to an apocalyptic prophecy from the Book of Revelation in the Bible:

While I believe Greene has a way of making everything sound ridiculous, I don't disagree with asking the question what this is really about. Vaccine passports is a very slippery slope to other forms of governmental overreach. It also basically destroys HIPPA.

 

Honestly, I don't see why people get so worked up over something like this. And I really can't understand how someone like Greene can get elected. We'll see how it goes next election, but I saw an interview with some of the voters in her district, and they didn't seem too pleased with some of the stuff she's been saying/doing.
The worst thing she's done is go after that Parkland survivor on the street. Made me want to camp in front of her house and yell stuff at her every time she steps out of the door.....

 

If you allow communist Wakandans like Ocasio-Cortez to serve as congresswomen then you have to accept the Marjorie Taylor Greens of the world. Sorry, that's just the way it is.

 

While the Dems are giving out the vaccine passports, maybe they can hand out voter ID cards as well. Kill two birds with one big old liberal rock! Makes perfect sense to me! Voter ID cards for citizens only!

 

We don't need vaccines Papers Please. People who don't believe in vaccinating will be among others who also don't believe in vaccinating and the people who are vaccinated should have nothing to worry about. So in a nutshell, the only people who could possibly be harmed are the people who don't vaccinate.

As for conspiracies, nothing, no one, it will never be beaten, and that is Schiff said the proof is in plain sight. Now I don't know if a complete and total lie can be a conspiracy, but the motive behind that lie sure was.

And to my friends on the left, surely Ms Greene has within her a spark of divinity, right? Think about who recently made that comment popular and what it refers to.

should we allow people to travel here if they have not been vaccinated?

people are free to protest and not travel to these places, then no passport needed

Should companies be allowed to make policies to protect themselves? Look at the cruise ship industry for example. I heard cruises are starting up in places like Israel but they require proof of vaccination. If they allow unvaccinated people on board and there is another outbreak on a cruise ship it could crush the already weakened industry. Imagine news stories of another cruise ship that cannot find a port. The complaints of the people on board that are stuck and cannot get off. It would be a media nightmare for the company and shareholders. I think MTG is calling decisions like these corporate fascism.

As to the vaccine passports, if we want to really go back to a normal economy, they are the way to go. Just look at Israel.

 

Yes, companies can make policies to protect themselves, mine does. But what I'm saying is vaccinated people shouldn't be worried about being around non vaccinated people if they truly believe the vaccine works, and if they didn't, why did they get one?
