    And what was my point? It was that the threat, itself, is a crime, and I provided the evidence. He might be a paraplegic living in a full care center and it is still a crime. And even freedom of speech doesn't apply.

    With her advanced age and experience in and out of government service Aunt Maxine has seen quite a bit and earned the right to speak her mind, regarding the state of government affairs and the country. I like her.

    If they found a scoped hunting rifle, he'll go to jail because he had means to carry out the threat. If they found 0 firearms and had no means to carry out the threat, he'll get probation. That's the difference between a credible threat and one that isn't. Odd I would have to explain that to anyone.
