It is that way because you live in an alternate universe. Mustard is fine in meatloaf. I add powdered mustard to a lot of beef based cookery.

It wasn't horrible and something she only did a few times a year. I suppose it is more like crab cake but then again crab cakes are little more than meatloaf with a different kind of meat in them.

Not even close.Mustard Powder is even used in some cake recipes.
Mustard Powder,if I'm not mistaken has really little to no taste.
Just like it has almost no calories.
Ketchup on the other hand is full of sugar and calories and goes
great with meat Loaf.In fact,it goes on top of most any Meat Loaf.

Then you must live in that alternate universe we call Obesity-IV.

Mustard powder is my secret ingredient in chili that people can't quite figure out what it is.

    Drum roll, please:

Note dollops of hoss-radish and ketchup on the side, and splash of wooshishshishtershire. I decided to go full Yankee
on this one and followed Mother Trump's recipe to the letter, except, as you see, some of the bell peppers didn't get "minced."

Lord have mercy, is this stuff good!

Serve with ice cold coca cola.

Yes and I'm sure everybody knows not to let their meat loaf.
My Mom was a great cook who taught a Home Economics course before
    she was married.However she used to make a Ham loaf { Spam }
and it was topped with Pineapple rings and ketchup.
For some reason the smell alone when cooking made me nauseous.
It was her only dish I dreaded to eat.It had to be the Spam.
Some fellars like Spam sandwiches.Spam is actually cooked in the
can it comes in.A lot of folk don't know that.
It was used widely around WWII in the army. Even Nikita Khrushchev once said :
" Without Spam we wouldn't have been able to feed our Army ."

I hate Spam.... I mean I really hate it. My wife makes meatloaf with tomato sauce, corn flakes, onions, two eggs, salt, pepper, and hamburger meat. I like it as a leftover sandwich the best.

LOL. 'Murican beverage for 'Murican cuisine. I've been seeing science projects "proving" that Coca Cola was going to kill me for almost 50 years. I think the reason it doesn't -- and it doesn't, or I'd be dead -- is that it doesn't just sit on the stomach. You pee it out pretty quickly.

Also, Warren Buffet -- 86 and muy rico -- drinks coca cola every day!

Do Not believe it.The richer one is The More they Lie.Not just to keep up
appearaces but to keep from looking the fool.Just like Buffet takes home a
salary equivalent to his secretary. That woulda been the Industrialist Andrew Carnegie.
I learned while in Grade school to Never drink a Coca Cola at room temp.
In a pinch the stuff has the capability to use as a toilet bowl cleaner.

LOL, don't exaggerate! People would be dropping like flies from Coke-itis if that were true! And the government would at a minimum force them to post a warning as they did for cigarettes, or more likely pulled from the market if it were as caustic as all that!

Anyway, I drink maybe 2 cokes per week because they taste good especially with vanilla ice cream.

    Live a little!

People ARE dropping like flies.Just look at those who fill their shopping
carts with Soda.Look at their skin, and how they walk.It is Literally making them
cripples. This is what I have been studying every time I go Grocery Shopping or
at Wal*Mart. What people have in their shopping cart and what they look like.

    It is an Unbelievable test

When my kids were little (they're adults now) a friend's husband worked at the aluminum plant where they made all the cans for sodas. Jack told me they had to put a special liner in the coca cola cans or the coke would eat thru the can. When he told me that, I made sure my kids never drank coke. And that stuff is addictive.....but so is Pepsi. I was addicted to that stuff and it was a battle to get off it, but I did. All dark sodas are addictive........

Anyway, we all have our addictions........I'm a chocoholic.

But seriously, if you want a real coca cola, get Mexican or Ecuadoran. Made with can sugar and riquísimo! I drink either fountain cokes or Mexican.

Actually, dark chocolate is healthy for ya and according to a dr who was caring for a friend's hubby who was sick & had blood clots, dark chocolate will dissolve blood clots......but I luv milk chocolate.

The only time I drink any pop is during the heat wave then will have root beer floats. That's it. Other than that, it's tea or water. Have you ever tried Kombucha tea? Very healthy. Read up on it. Goes back to around 2,000 yrs......
