Jesus! There are several dictionary sources that define "crash" (and specifically "motor vehicle crash").

Here is the standard (universally accepted, and from multiple sources) definition of:

"Motor Vehicle Crash"

To collide violently with an obstacle (or another vehicle).

^Can anyone deny, based on that standard definition, that the Parade Incident was NOT a "crash"?
