Not a diversion. Just a correction of someone else who brought up the topic as a means to belittle President Trump. An effort to which I see that you inextricably sworn and bound.

 

I don't think this is a projection of my own condescension. I've seen what amounts to the so-called criticism of Trump in the media. Smug talk show hosts belittling ordinary people, calling them stupid and so on. How many protest placards do we need to see with these smug witticisms, with their reliance on appeals to 'common sense'.

The popularity of such backward filth today shows us that socialism is possible today, that today as never before the ruling order is losing legitimacy in the eyes of ordinary people, that they are clutching on to such a diverse array of degenerate ideology, from anti-semitism to the revival of ancient pagan religions. Yet still the Left talks as if we are just facing some minor course change, still thinks that the centre-ground can be recaptured.

I just saw where Trump claimed on Fox Noise that we have GDP around 1%.

It is 2.2%. But he thinks he can get it up to 3%

He said 4 or 5% during the campaign.

Under GW is was -6%

Crying "Fake News" whenever Trumplethinskin is having a tantrum has become so ubiquitous and jaded that no one with even half a brain is even listening which is rendering that already very played out tactic inconsequential when it comes from the swamp...formerly known as The White House.

As for all your list of Trump lies, who cares if Trump brags and exaggerates how much he won by or how great he is. It's so insignificant and everyone knew he was a yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuge bragger and exaggerator before they voted him in. The list you posted amounts to NOTHING!

Now, lets have a look at CNN and some of the other mainstream media lies and do a comparison as to which is worse for America. CNN has conspired with the DNC in an effort to interfere with the elections. This is why they are saying Trump conspired with the Russians, in order to take the heat off themselves.

What I believe is that in many ways, Trump is very much a man-child. He exaggerates, plays loose with the truth, and throws out claims that are difficult or impossible to substantiate.

At the same time, I believe he's capable of repairing this country economically in ways Obama and Clinton were absolutely incapable of doing. So right now, I really don't care if he exaggerates about the number of Illegals who voted. I don't care about his claims of the number of people who attended the inauguration. I don't care about all the cries of "lies" that pale in comparison to the overt dishonesty exhibited by Obama and Clinton. All I care about is the end game, if we can achieve even half of what Trump has committed to.

If Trump fails to fulfill a reasonable number of his promises, I'll be all over him as much as anyone. Until that happens, I want him to succeed. And you should to.

BTW, I was thinking about your prior post where you honestly stated that from your perspective, facts don't matter. I initially wrote that post off as just another PF tweet from an ultra partisan progressive liberal, but I believe it goes much deeper than that. In fact, I think your statements were so profound that it deserves a topic of it's own. Stay tuned.
