Getting the year wrong is significant considering 1923 was when Israel was 1. A single territory, and 2. A colony of the British empire, and it was a very different population back then. For one, there were more Arabic and Christian people than Jewish people in what would later become Israel. Also, boycotting an election doesn't mean you are yielding your right to vote, people boycott elections all the time in the US because they don't like the nominees, that doesn't mean they are yielding their right to vote for future elections, not to mention yielding the rights of future generations

Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is a naturalized citizen. Why is is he still considered to be a citizen considering his criminal activities? Shouldn't he have been stripped of his citizenship upon conviction for his terrorist crimes?

 

I'm okay with giving a person a second chance. If a person completes parole, is pardoned or has his sentence commuted voting rights might be restored for some. The same would apply to gun rights. It would have to be conditional.

US citizens are already entitled to due process. No change to that. Same with 2nd. No gun confiscations.

Okay I agree to longer sentences but only if the death sentence is restored in every state. Some institutionalized cons have it better on the inside than out. We have to make more room if they are going to stay longer.
