Any time before NAFTA. The further you go back, the better things were in America. I would have to say the entire 1950's were the greatest time for America.

Fiat / Chrysler has put plans to invest $1.4bn into Mexican mfg. Then today, Mexican president has this to say. https://ca.news.yahoo.com/mexico-says-open-talk-trade-security-migration-u-224622638.html
I don't expect Pena to publicly admit Mexicans will pay for the wall, but Mexicos sense of urgency in resolution is abundantly clear. :wall:

they have no choice, the USA holds all the cards

    http://www.reuters.com/article/us-fiatchrysler-usa-idUSKBN14S0WL

"The reality is the Mexican automotive industry has now for a number of years been tooled-up to try and deal with the U.S. market. If the U.S. market were not to be there, the reasons for its existence are on the line," Marchionne said.

Mexico knows which way the wind is blowing - so does Amazon.

Pena can't politically afford to agree to finance the wall, but neither can he afford the effects on his economy. It's not by coincidence that Mexicos finance minister resigned after Trumps visit in Sept. I don't envy the new ministers economic prospects without NAFTA protections.

And Trump loves negotiating when he has leverage. Mexico, like Bezos and Ma, had to sweeten up - in a hurry. Many more to follow soon.

Because I remember when America was great.

It's obvious you don't remember when America was great.

If you are to young to remember when America was great, it's very likely you voted for a community organizer back in 2008 :roflol: Maybe even given failure a second chance in 2012.

The worshipful Trumpaloons need to stop fantasizing about Casino Boy's "big beautiful wall!" of "concrete and steel."

It is delusional, and it is not going to happen.

The American taxpayer is not about to squander 14 billion dollars to contrive an immigration Maginot Line dance in which the federal government arrogantly seizes the private property of Texans by eminent domain.
