What you write describes an attorney's ethical duty, not attorney-client privilege. We already know Cohen is unethical, so he has no problem violating that duty.

Here we are in a new Cold War with Russia that will get worse and a growing trade war with China that shows every sign of getting really bad. NATO is a joke and the only that keeps Europe afloat are central banks. The U. S. economy seems to be in better shape but everybody is deep in debt and not getting ahead, except for the 1%. And so we're obsessed with who Trump was humping? Does that make sense to anybody who has any sense in the first place? We've all got many more important things to worry about than this kind of silly crap. The only people who care are liberal democrats who hate Trump's guts and their goons in the mainstream media.

First, it depends on Trump's prenup. Second, a major difference between Hillary and Melania is that Hillary (remember Billary?) inserted herself into politics whereas Melania wasn't happy about the election results, has avoided politics but when she hasn't, it's been against her husband.
