Oh geez, how weak. You are going to complain about testing?? How many tests must we have performed to end a lockdown? It will take years to test every American citizen for the virus. Besides, testing is not a good use of resources, since a few days after the test, and the person tested, interacts with people, goes to get gas or goes shopping, and that test is now invalid. trace testing? How is a city supposed to test millions of people in these big cities? Where will they get all the manpower and resources to test that many people??

The states were given test kits from the feds. The states are able to purchase test kits and perform testing on their own. So complain to the states about this wasteful use of resources.
