That's completely illogical. Our army is the mightiest the world has ever known, and that has not changed. We don't need Germany for anything, except to protect Europe from Russia more easily. Going to war without Europe at your side, is akin to going hunting without a marching band.

1. Hitler wanted destroy the jews. I see the southern european countries as weak and loser states. They need guidance to get rid of their weakness. Greece for example has to be pushed through the purgatory. Austerity will destroy their laziness. They learn now that they must work to earn money.

If we needed to scale back military spending, we could take 10 years off and still be ahead of most nations.

 

To keep the attitude you have you'll need to be at least as strong as half of the world combined to survive. And you know that with agressive USA you will at very least have RF against you, and think of proud european people with rich history and great accomplishments, who clearly would not be fluttered to be in position of a colony or satellite. Did anyone ever even say what "retaliations" Germany could even do to us? We have more military in their nation than they do so, it seems rather implausible.

Also, I am speaking to our current military, and most in the know agree with me. I'm not saying the American warrior is so mighty, he cannot lose. I'm saying, for example, if Germany wants to invade the US, they factually do not have a ship to carry their fighter jets here on.

I'm speaking about the current state of the over powered American army, that the irresponsible lack thereof around the world, namely in Europe. I don't see why people would vote for leaders that leave them virtually defenseless against invasion.

Quite surpsisingly, I am pretty much russian. One of my gran-gran-gran-grandfathers was pole, and I think my mother's biological father might had ukrainian origins, since after divorse he went to his brother in Ukraine.. But generally russian. So? The war record is..?

 

Pretty good, I would say. You defeated the greatest military the world had ever known, at that time. And throughout history, you fielded mighty armies that pushed back many an invader. But, you share in some embarrassing losses, just as the US does, such as in Afghanistan. Nobody is perfect; half measure wars are hard to win.

You see, Americans respect Russia, for all our differences, unlike the EU who basically deserves it when you roll over them, due to their irresponsible lack of defense.

Well, what do you KNOW about my country? Simple question: how many presidents Federation has?

 

We do respect Russia. We don't agree with Russia, on much, if anything. We don't like your leader. We don't like your leaders actions. But we respect your people. We truly want your people, and all people around the world, to enjoy the freedom and prosperity that we do. We just want everyone to behave.

I don't know how many presidents you have but, it's clear to anyone that Putin is your leader. He clearly runs the show to a degree that is normally only seen by dictators. I have serious doubts that any circumstance could arise, where Putin would yield his power to a replacement.

That said, I don't think he does what he does for personal reasons. I think he is a patriot, that longs for the days of the former Soviet empire. His actions in Syria make sense to me, for the most part. You need a warm water port desperately, and always have, minus the Soviet years. That's just geography meeting reality.
