I realize that is one definition but the other is that a snowflake is something that will melt with the slightest heat applied. Color/race need not apply.

    It was easy.

I never said she ever did. Is it easier to pretend your opponent said something they never did?

What specifically from that hateful far left link are you referring to? Can't you even be specific about your own bigotry and hate?

So you hate Christianity. Can't say I'm surprised considering your posts.

No we are pointing out her laughable hypocrisy having a Muslim from the Nation of Islam on her show who has a far less tolerance for homosexuality as they have proven with their own words. But you never can address that can you.

They are quite beautiful and complex. Isn't that why it's become such a popular adjective?

Incidentally my American friends, what a great President you're going to have in Don Trump, he made black Arsenio Hall the winner of the 2012 Apprentice, and made gay Clay Aiken runner-up, dispelling at a stroke any thoughts that he might be racist and homophobic..:)

We weren't. But you stated many(most) libs are snowflakes. So, I chimed in that can't be, because snowflakes are white, because they are snow. So to call them snowflakes is incorrect.

However, the real reason some, many, most, take your pick, are called snowflakes is because there are so many unique groups on the left.
Just like each snowflake is unique, the Right says each left person is unique.
And the right can't comprehend that, because most of the Right can only see the world in binary.

The Dixie Chicks got what they deserved. They mocked the U.S. and people didn't want to listen to them anymore.

Thanks for proving my point. When defending a religious idiot, people like you dip into their trick bag and produce the famous argument, "No, you are!"

    Truly breathtaking.

I don't care for hate speech, especially when it is motivated by bronze age fairy tales. Me calling a religious moron a fool for promoting hate speech isn't bigotry, it's something a lot of religious types (ironically) don't understand, decency.

I understand you need to try and turn the tables, making the bad guy out to be those who point out the religiously fueled bigotry, instead of the bigot themselves. Poor persecuted christians, not able to condemn, judge, and spit upon other people! Oh the injustice! How do you deal with the persecution of not being able to scream hate speech whenever you feel like it! I wouldn't want to try to defend the all of the things religious idiots do and say in this world, either. However, you're going to have to do better than, "nuh uh, you're the bigot." That may fly in the confines of the megachurch populated by the feeble minded, but not here.

False, people are entitled to their beliefs - too many people have died to support that notion. I cannot understand the outrage from people like you who believe this is the ultimate act of intolerance and then can turn around and defend business denying service to homosexuals. It really shows a complete lake of critical thinking, integrity, empathy or a combination of the three.

I am starting to believe it is the integrity option. You have entire networks that have never allowed a homosexual to be on and actively condemning them yet Ellen uninviting - she wasn't banned from anything - someone for calling her a pervert is the actual offense. I'm not surprised really - this is the way y'all think as demonstrated by numerous posters here with your ideals.

While there are certainly militant and obnoxious gay people - the vast majority of the threads here and outrage in the media is perpetuated by anti-gay individuals and groups.

Very few people hate Christians, what we do hate is people using their religious beliefs to wield their huge political power and influence to discriminate against homosexuals while demanding special exemptions and involuntary servitude to people who claim religious protections. I don't think anyone thinks they would be better off if Islam takes over - unfortunately some on the extreme right are trying to pave a way for them to do so with religious rule of law.
Those are in the slight majority of Christians at the moment, looking at the trend it will not be so in 2-3 years though.

I think my definition is not only more popular, it's more accurate.

I'm an atheist, and live in one of the most LGBT friendly and progressive areas of my country. But I have NO problem at all with people being opposed to homosexuality - for whatever reason they choose, religious or otherwise. They are not expressing hatred, in my experience, but even if they were, so what? I'm sure you hate some stuff, too.

According to YOU. The next 'man' will find it good and right speech.

Any attempt to limit ordinary speech is an attack on free speech. Quite literally, the end of the freedom we've enjoyed in the west this past 100 years. Might as well move to North Korea today, and skip the adjustment period.

Did you think they'd tell her that's what they'll do if the poop hits the fan? Honestly, you people are terrifyingly naïve.

Don't look now, but those are your public representatives, whether you like it or not. A lot like Muslims and ISIS. Those screaming the loudest are noticed the most. Clean your own damn house of fanatics, and don't worry about what others are doing. Don't like abortion? Simple answer - don't have one. Don't like homosexual sex? Don't have sex with a homosexual. But don't expect anyone else to follow or even respect your beliefs. You have the right to believe as you choose. Everyone else has the right to believe you're full of (*)(*)(*)(*) and treat you accordingly. It's just that damn simple.
