Put solar on all new buildings in the U.S.
Sponsor Solar Fuel cells which is the requirement to cut solar costs to reasonable
Push for China/India to seriously go nuclear on their energy needs (zero emissions)

I am working with a guy (really good friend) that has a strong change of becoming an Assistant Secretary of Energy under Rick Perry. There is a real chance if we get people like him in place.

Bunk. With solar and wind technology developed sufficiently businesses would jump on the opportunity to make money doing the installations. When the monthly loan repayment to pay for solar systems on rooftops falls below the average monthly cost of electricity (and it is very close now) you will see a huge explosion in home installations. And the profits will be there for installers. Yet you invent any sort of foolish argument to oppose progress. Why? Marching orders?
