Perhaps he ought to have said "verdict" rather than "justice".

This is wrong on many fronts. 3 Languages? No. Language school is one language and it's almost a year.

    College degree? Hah, nope.

Sorry I should have kept going.

They may pick up phrases from other languages though because they won't always work in the area of the language they learned in training. Might be why you thought they spoke more than 2.

In the second movie he hooks up with her granddaughter. Kind of weird.

It was from a TV show about them they were all in their 30s, knew multiple languages and I remember something about them having college degrees. That group might have been the A-Team though....literally. :p

Some definitely do have degrees. But it's not required (officers are though)

Language school is one language, and as I said, they'll likely go to nations where the language they learned is useless so they'll pick up phrases from other languages, but likely not fluently as the language they originally learned.

Yes, but you keep missing the point - how can someone survive firing (for example) 3 bullets into his own head long enough to pump 2 more into it? The plod and the twerps in the MoD seem to believe that it's possible.

Yes but it's always the wrong action isn't it???? You always **** up everything you get involved in - and in case Mac thinks I'm having a go at his beloved country, do you agree with that or not?

Not always. We have had a string were we should have left things alone. The biggest mistake we have made IMO is not doing what was laid out by our forefathers and have Congress affirm or reject our involvement . If we are going to go to war then we should do it to win. These wars of appeasement are a waste of time and criminal when it involves the loss of American lives.

But the biggest mistake in modern times is arrogantly believing that you - and I include us here - know what's best for every other nation on the planet when the reverse is so painfully the case. And just think of the number of American and UK lives that have been lost or otherwise destroyed by maimings because of it. Both our countries are governed by fools, I'm afraid.

Try and apply the same standards to foreigners, perhaps.

Machine guns fire lots of bullets very quickly. A burst of bullets for example.
The Sa80 for example fires 10 bullets per second. A half second pull of the trigger could release the 5 bullets you are looking for.

I'm sure you said something to the effect that non-Americans ought not stick their noses in your (american) business.
Why do you keep saying that?
If you have to ask then it must be you who's "missing the point". It isn't obvious to you that it cannot be done?
    Ps. You misspelt "bred".

In the UK minimum barrel length for a shotgun is 28 inches.

Making it very difficult for a guy with average length arms to reach the trigger when the barrel is aimed at his own head.

The Sa80 is an "assault rifle".
    It's a machine gun.

As stated the SA80, the rifle used, has a cyclic rate of fire of 10/second. Put the barrel in your mouth, select automatic fire, depress the trigger, that is your 5 shots right there.

It is also historically possible for people to survive multiple gunshot wounds to the head. It has happened before. Unlikely, i'll grant you. But perfectly possible.

In my experience death from bullet wounds is not often instantaneous. It can be, but most times it isn't.

The wars to which you refer are not of "appeasement". Not from the american political-businessman's point of view. Those are lucrative wars that keep politicians and businessmen making daily deposits at the bank to the tune of gazillions by way of the military-industrial complex. "Wasting time" has nothing to do with it and "loss of American lives" are only yours ..... not the sons of businessmen and politicians. You should be much angrier than you are and if you think those wars are merely "a waste of time" then you need to take a closer look at what is going on beneath your nose.

I don't think so - I think that after the first bullet went into his brain his trigger-finger would have instantly relaxed.

Never heard of him. I think you're doing a bunk.

You are being much too silly now.

Oh really! Maybe you understand how it works in other direction now ...... or are you missing the point?
