His phone had these pictures on its memory card?

That texts asking for a gun were on his phone's memory?

That he was suspended from school?

That he defaced school property?

That a school police officer watched him sneaking and hiding at school?

That the officer found a large flat headed screwdriver that the officer described as a burglary tool and 12 items of women's jewelry in Trayovn's backpack?

 

If it was a white kid, we never would have heard about it... and there would not now be a trial.

 

Yeah, I'm not an big Al cheerleader either, on many levels. So I indeed understand. I simply thought it was interesting/informative, from an objective point of view, so to speak. Obviously, all media is subjective to interpretation.

Two experts confirm it was not George screaming for help. Why would Trayvon be screaming for help if he was trying to kill George?

 

Why would a neighborhood watch captain just randomly decide to shoot a teen, on his own premises, where everyone knows who he is? That doesn't fit the profile of a 'hate crime' by any means. Common sense says that Treyvon was high and attacked Zimmerman, and Zimmerman was yelling for help.

 

I'm suprised to hear that myself, it's fairly common knowledge.
Taught to children in school at a young age where I grew up.
It's good info to have, could save a life.
Tell your young ones if you have any.

 

The FBI has already stated that no accurate determination can be made. While the Prosecution will always find an "expert" to their liking, that (*)(*)(*)(*) ain't gonna fly in Court.

Who says it was a hate crime? It is common sense that you follow the rules of your position. You have no proof that an ambush ever happened. Only the word of an untrustworthy person who stands to gain the most from lying.

Your post shows that you have little, or no, understanding of law. The prosecution has limits on what evidence that it can offer in regard to prior bad acts. The defense has less limitations in that area. They are free to present instruments that indicate prior bad acts in an attempt to present an alternate theory of the incident. These texts and pictures indicate a pattern of behavior that is consistent with the theory of the defense. It is the same as a defense attorney offering proof of a woman's promiscuous behavior during a rape trail. The attempt by the prosecution to exclude this type of evidence in most cases would be nothing more then a formality. It would rest on the hope that they can a sympathetic judge that is willing to overlook the word of law. Most judges would not approve the exclusion, because it gives the defense grounds for an appeal. But this is not a normal case. Not after Obama stuck his nose into it. Now there is a feeling that the prosecution must secure a conviction no matter what.

 

Because it wasn't a lie? Because it was not his intent to kill anyone? Because it didn't even occur to him until TM went for it, that it was there and could be used to defend himself? When you are used to carrying a gun, in case a pitbull attacks you, you might not even think of it when a person attacks you... because that isn't what you intended to use it for, and a lot is happening... like that bright piercing light you see for a second when your skull is slammed against the concrete.
