New Zimmerman Bond hearing Right Now

Crump is going to say whatever he can in the media to make Zimmerman look bad. How else do you taint a potential jury pool.

Judge Lester saying the evidence was "strong" was more of a politcal move I think. I think Judge Lester is a good judge but no one person in this case wants to agitate the lynch mob. Judge Lester may have a conflict of interest in this case anyway so he may be off the case.

 

At first they said "all they wanted was an arrest" and to let justice take it's course. Now they want a conviction...blah,blah,blah... What happened to letting the justice system work?

 

I have heard a conflict that involves his son knowing Shellie Zimmerman but I think its a long shot. If Lester denies bond, I think O'Mara has no choice but to get another Judge. The Judge is in a bad position as it is right now. He was ireesponsible when he made that "strong" evidence comment, he had no right to do so, because there is not strong evidence whatsoever. Its just been so stupid.

Yeah, it must have been difficult for them to sit their like the grieving family of a "child"....listening to the EMT describe the injuries their baby inflicted on another human being.....sort of does not fit the story line very well does it......maybe if we just post a few more pictures of Trayvon from when he was ten years old....

 

And O'Mara intorduced the 7/11 image of Tray and BDLR freaked out, then said he was glad it was in evidence, and O'Mara was like, we intorduced it to give an ACCURATE description, not the pics used in the press, lol. All of the Trayvon supports looked pretty uneasy and indignant. Its hard to unring a bell, and thats what Tracy Martin did when he said that wasnt his son screaming, and tada, now it is. Yeah right. Lets hear a sample of Trayvons voice!

 

One good way would be to put up a lot of defense evidence that had nothing to do with your bond hearing because you know it's being broadcast to the public.

 

You can't just ask for another judge because you're case isn't strong.

 

And that's what Zimmerman did when he couldn't even recognize what he claims his own voice.

 

Because we all sound the same when some thug is chasing us beating the (*)(*)(*)(*) out of us. Tracy also said it was not Trayvon.

 

He doesn't sound the same? And yet his father testified today, when he heard it, there was no doubt it was his son's voice. Wonder how they are going to explain away those two conflicts?

No, Trayvon's father said he wasn't sure. They cleaned up the audio played it again and he recognized the voice of his boy being murdered.

 

Yeah, right. The voice is George Zimmerman and anyone that has ears and has heard his voice can tell its him screaming. Where is the audio sample of Trayvon? Dont you think you should be able to hear his voice to compare? That would seem like the logical thing. I heard his voice on the 7/11 tape, and its deep as (*)(*)(*)(*). But lets keep pretending George was capable of attacking Martin, ok? Trayvon was just a wee lad huh? Give me a break. Yes, when Trayvon is asking for a pack of Newport lights. Glad the cashier respected the law enough to ask for ID. He was pretty nice to someone who was trying to break the law. BDLR will regret his spiel about how respectful the 7/11 clerk is, thats for sure.

 

In Former Investigator Serino's report Tracy Martin said "No". He only became "unsure" after being advised by Crump.

I don't have a problem with matching the voices. Zimmerman has a deep voice too not sure why that matters and because of that the M audio would also probably be inconclusive just like the Z audio.

We don't have to pretend. We have "Dee Dee" who's going to testify that she heard a fight and M yelling "Get off! Get off!" It's clear from her testimony and Z's 911 call that Z intended to detain martin for the police. The prosecutor was right today in his closing arguments. Zimmerman wanted to play police officer, he screwed it up -- cause he's an idiot, things got out of hand and he shot a kid who was trying to defend himself. Are you saying if you were attacked by a stranger who had been following you all night, you wouldn't defend yourself?

 

I think something should be done to counter the Crump propaganda machine. Who hires a publicist for a case like this if they aren't planning on swaying the spoon fed public into believeing lies. The media has been proven to be deceptive here and there are people who are willing to be one of Crump's parrots.

 

He doesn't need to change anything about the charges because by law he was not required to set any bond at all even the first time.

The physical evidence helps prove Z lied and if you bothered reading the lab reports you would know why versus pontificating butt juice quality distractions.

 

Serino also said he didn't believe Zimmerman and wanted him charged.
