They all like to imagine a cabal of rich guys somewhere raking in a bunch of money by fooling the "sheeple." It's paranoid thinking and a desperate attempt to justify what can't be justified by any substantive facts that are actually relevant to their claims.

One virologist claims we need to stop vaccinating because it is causing an explosion in variants and variants that resist the vaccines. Only the unvaccinated create herd immunity so we need the unvaccinated to save the vaccinated by creating herd immunity. The vaccine do not create immunity memory so do not contribute to herd immunity. Considering that 94% that die are over 50 only the older with comorbidities should get the vaccine.

Dear Lefties: Wake up!

 

Damn. This is about one of the most straight forward and scientifically sound posts I have seen in a while, especially on the herd immunity part and the at risk group.

I saw that "one virologist" by the way, and I wish I could remember his name, but he's like the Babe Ruth of virologists and in the medical world people are taking note of that fact. It's the politicos that are ignoring it.

 

Wake up to what? Smart investors making money by investing in the companies producing much-needed vaccines? That's the American dream right there.

 

Anyone that has read through the Israel Study, Cleveland Clinic Study, and La Jolla Study... all peer reviewed... all solid... would know that those with the natural antibodies, T Cell, B Cells, are far far far far more protected that those with a vaccine. There is no solid Scientific or Mathematical case at this time for those that had CV-19 to get a vaccine. Now, if we show the antibodies, T Cell, B Cell immunity wanes in a period of time, then we can talk. At this point, there is no real evidence that those with the antibodies are vulnerable in any significant way.

Note: 1 in 35,000 people that caught CV-19 can catch it again. That number is 13X lower than those with vaccines. Now that Math goes with the very low number of contracting it in the first place. Those that do... rarely need any hospital care.

If all of you really want to get upset, start reading up on the therapeutics that the U.S. Government is trying so hard to ignore. They have had amazing results with therapeutics all over the world in enormous numbers. This appears to be all about the United States of Pfizer.

 

They are both viruses so why should it not be like the flu? Only Covid-19 does not care what season it is which makes it a much bigger problem trying to get on top of it. Scientifically nothing has changed.

 

There is nothing scientific about that hogwash. The current vaccines are still working against the variants. There could hypothetically be vaccine-resistant variants, but contrary to the unscientific claims you're quoting, they are more likely to arise primarily because of unvaccinated people keeping the virus alive in great enough quantities that the vaccinated are continually exposed to it, giving it the opportunity to mutate into a vaccine-resistant strain. If more people were vaccinated, there would be less virus around and thus less of a chance for this mutation to occur.

 

No one on the left is that naive.

Politicians don't know or care about science unless it is beneficial to them politically. Whether it's democrats lying about COVID to tighten government control over the masses, or Republicans lying about climate change, ultimately all either party cares about is power, and will skew the science to support their position without skipping a beat.
