There was no reason for Assad to use chemical weapons. He is winning the war.

The chemical attack "supposedly" killed dozens. What would be the point ? There are 13,000 Jihadists in Douma .. all willing to martyr themselves for the cause. Killing a few dozen will do nothing.

Now a real chemical attack by a nation state - Such as when Saddam used Chemical weapons on the Kurds (while we were supporting him I should add) thousands were killed .. not "dozens".

Such an attack is pointless from a military perspective. Assad was winning and this would only bring the world down on him. Also - the Russians would have had to have allowed this. There is no way that both Assad and the Russians would do something so pointless - that would have so much downside.

Where is the "MOTIVE" ? You want to convict with no evidence ... OK ... then at least come up with a motive.
