Well they are avoiding the Silver thread and what he was saying. Then why, BO peep, Bill Clinton and Hillary are all rushing to Michigan.

    http://www.politicalforum.com/elect...er-predicts-close-2016-presidential-race.html

BO peep panicked after his sources seen that Hillary isn't where she needs to be with the Black vote.

When have we ever seen a President act so desperate and then get out there and chastise those of his own kind.

Now that the e-mail scandal is over (at least for now), everybody can concentrate on Hill (and Obama's) proven scandals that show she's unfit to be President of a lemonade stand, let alone of a great country..;)-

According to our leftists the FBI developed a search program to flag anything talking about Hillary and Yoga, and found perhaps five of them. End of investigation. The rest of the 650,000? Ignored. Welcome to modern policing . . . leftist style.

Yep that's what they said.....even after CBS said they found 2 from her server that weren't duplicates. That the FBI had not seen before.

    (via CBS News):

""The FBI has found emails related to Hillary Clinton’s tenure as secretary of state on the laptop belonging to the estranged husband of Huma Abedin, Anthony Weiner, according to a U.S. official.

These emails, CBS News’ Andres Triay reports, are not duplicates of emails found on Secretary Clinton’s private server. At this point, however, it remains to be seen whether these emails are significant to the FBI’s investigation into Clinton. It is also not known how many relevant emails there are."".....snip~

Kinda seems that way doesn't it ?

    But when Electron says;
Of the last eleven Presidents from Truman too Obama only three Presidents entered the White House having any foreign policy experience, that was Eisenhower, Richard M.Nixon and G.H. Bush (41)

Hillary's foreign experience with the real world just like Obama's has been a complete disaster.

I'm not dazzled by their brilliance, but I am baffled by their bull(*)(*)(*)(*).

I have to wonder who benefits and how. Abedin certainly isn't off the hook. The needle didn't move for Hillary. She hasn't been found guilty or innocent of anything, so she could still be charged.

Among the few left whose vote this could affect, I don't see a net positive for Hillary. The stink of this latest charade is obvious.

The white party has one more day to conjure up yet another Clinton story in one last gasp before the slaughter on Tuesday. Once the dust settles, expect Comey to be fired shortly. If the Senate goes blue or even giving the VP the deciding vote, expect Reid to introduce new Senate rules about filibusters. Reid will hammer them until the new Congress is sworn in weeks before President Clinton assumes office. The day after the new Senate convenes, we will have a new justice on the court. Then once Hillary is in office, expect full frontal attack on all that remains of the **********s and the shell of the GOP that remains. The problem that the white party never seems to acknowledge is that they are a minority party whose only path to power is through trickery, apathy and lies.

Nothing will be enough for the Trumpanzees except locking up his opposition and just letting him walk into the White House unopposed. What a bunch of crybabies. I played high school baseball on a team that had a pitcher nobody could score against. Two of the opposing coaches and thus their players were big babies, much like the Trumpers. They tried everything to get this guy deemed ineligible, then every time he threw a little chin music they whined for the umpire to throw him out of the game. We used to sit in the dugout razzing these (*)(*)(*)(*)(*)(*) bags relentlessly....This reminds me of those good old days...

I don't know about them but can you tell me confidential and classified State Department information ended up on the laptop of a pediofile and who is going to be held accountable for it?

I have some questions for you. Hillary stated that she had 65,000 emails on her private server. She had an attorney and members of her staff delete those that weren't work related. She turned 30,000 over to the State Department, and deleted the rest. So, where did the 650,000 emails come from?

It took the State Department and the FBI almost a year to vet 30,000 emails. But somehow they have reviewed 650,000 in less then a month?

You do know there is a totally separate investigation into the Clinton's private charity, and her pay-to-play scheme?

Frankly, all this does is reinforce the fact that there are two sets of laws in this country. One for the rich, and another for everyone else. A vote for Hillary on Tuesday is a vote to support that fact. If you want to live in a lawless country, then elect criminals to office.

As near as I can figure James Comey was between a rock and a hard place after he admitted that Hillary was a serial law breaker back in July but that he still wasn't going to do anything about it, because immediately after he had a huge number of senior agents lining up to hand in their resignation and no doubt a great many also began industriously working against him under the radar.

So he came up with the idea of appeasing the law and order crowd by announcing that the investigation was on again, KNOWING that it would boost Trump's campaign chances. But he did so with every intention of prematurely announcing that nothing had been discovered only days later, BEFORE election day itself, so that Hillary would still have a chance of becoming president. See? He threaded the needle . . . and hopefully those now doubly enraged FBI agents are going to shove it up his rump good and hard.

Comey does need to answer as to how they didn't inform Congress about Hillary's maid handling classified materials, and waiting for that to be revealed in their notes.

Grassley should step up and tell the Weasel.....come before us and start weaselin' for the American People. Preferably on your knees and bent over.

In Obama's PC banana republic, Huma being a Muslim with connections to the Muslim Brotherhood falls under being a protected class.

Your answer demonstrates that you agree, his comments only reference his July statement.
The rest of your post is cute though

Quick question...how long did it take the FBI to go through the original 30k emails way back when? Apparently they went through the 650k in 9 days this go around. How does that work exactly? I am assuming that you need to have agents authorized to read classified data going through the emails or not?

    Actually, there was no blood.

Rumour has it that the impact snapped his neck before the wobbly block enveloped his head and he suffocated, preserved much like a fly in amber.

I played center field behind him and had to hit....You got to score to win. We weren't cheering him from the dugout, we were jeering the gutless crybabies who always tried to get him thrown out of the game instead of just competing like men. The GOPs whole strategy from the beginning was to discredit Secretary Clinton and make her quit under their constant accusations and inquiries. She beat their sorry asses at every turn including but not limited to making them look like a bunch of limp dicked twits for ten hours straight last October on national TV. She has proven herself to have more balls than Trump, Gowdy, Issa and all of the turd throwers from Breitbart combined. These thin skinned little weenies are stomping their feet up and down like the bunch of sissies just because she won't just go away and let them win. If she does win, she will have proven her guts and determination far beyond any candidate in my lifetime. Like Obama said: You guys ought to quit crying and get out there and win the game.

I think the FBI didn't get the warrant until October 30, so it was even less time.

While they wouldn't have had to go through each one, a metadata search showed there were thousands to be looked at. The estimate for this was weeks (plural) at a minimum so point taken.

On this I cant exactly disagree with you. Hillary has (and Ive said this before) accomplished more than and single gangster in American History ever has. Of all the gangsters, Hillary is the single most successful criminal, the nation has ever seen. She is in fact above the law. Just look at how she completely owns the FBI and the DOJ. She owns them. On that part you are correct. However, that doesn't mean she isn't the single most disgusting human being this nation has ever seen.

I would not presume to second-guess someone with the legal acumen of Comey, although I recognize that some with far less expertise might be motivated by partisanship and do so.

    Comey gave as his reasons:

The gross negligence statute was of great concern for potential abuse when Congress enacted it because it did not require a mens rea (mental state).

The DOJ shares those concerns and has only used it for a prosecution once in its 99 year history.

That case involved espionage, so it was a crime “plus” situation which did not apply to the Clinton case.

Neither Comey nor any of his qualified critics have every prosecuted any cases under that statute, so it would be setting a precedent.

(Patraeus made what appeared to be intentional misrepresentations to the FBI and intentionally distributed top secret information to someone without a clearance.)
