No players kneel during national anthem at Super Bowl

National news made it a point to let everyone know, on Thursday and Friday evening, that Super Bowl ads would not be aimed at politics this time. No player knelt during the National Anthem. The Eagles coach started his victory speech off with "First and foremost I'd like to thank my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ."

This is America becoming great again.

This is actually America thinking minimum standards are important to warrant news and then passing them off as "becoming great again," unless you're of the impression that no one in the history of television and the world has ever started off thanking the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ until last night.

 

Do you have a strong-willed kid? Do you realize that often when parents prevent them from doing things they like, the exact same thing becomes even more attractive?

Agree or disagree, they had a legal right to be there at that time. Antifa didn't appreciate the message and decided to illegally butt in and it cost them a life. What they should have done is let the white nationalists do their complaining and bickering over what they believe in, just like BLM and Antifa and every other protesting group does, and then Antifa could have followed up with their own protest. Unfortunately that's not what Antifa wanted, they wanted to cause a scene over a message they didn't like.

 

Well if that was the case then I wouldn't have used the term, "again." Guarantee you Tebow wouldn't be getting throttled by analysts for praying now.

 

NO ONE appreciated the message, Antifa actually had permits of their own so they had a right to be there as well and like many of you have said everyone has the right to voice their opinions.
