    right.

blacks ONLY get harrassed by cops or shop owners cause they act like thugs or dress like thugs.

    no racism involved, ever.

    lets just blame the victim

I didn't call you anything, I'm making general statements.

If you're internalizing the things I say, then you'll have to evaluate that yourself.

So you still stand by your assertion that this beautiful woman isn't black enough to be black?

do you believe blacks ONLY get harrassed by cops and shopkeepers because of their offensive behavior and dress?

i understand why many blacks would be offended by this.

she is a poor representation of African American women

No, sometimes it's because of other people's offensive behavior and dress.

That's called racial bias. We all have it to some degree.

That's definitely a racist statement of the textbook variety.

Who are you to determine how black someone is or is not?

but its never due to racism, right?

If you were beaten up by a group of lumberjacks wearing red flannel, you'd have an aversion to flannel, lumberjacks, and quite possibly canadians.

Bias happens due to your experiences.

If a black man in a suit walked into that store, how do you think he'd be treated?

    This exactly. Great post.

I am by no means saying there aren't racists in America. I have personally experienced it first hand. But from what I have gathered it is really nowhere near as prevalent as many are trying to make it seem. I've been called the N word before. But ironically it wasn't in the deep South where I grew up where supposedly old Confederate racists run around hating black folks, but it was in New York, the supposed "utopia" of acceptance and far left ideology. Both times....Literally I am not joking.

Never got called the N word in the rural deep South where I spent many decades. Got called it twice in the span of 4 months while in New York....go figure.

The "white privilege" thing is used as an excuse way too often for folks who simply don't want to try hard enough and need to figure out a way to justify the fact that they refuse to try. "Oh society isn't fair, they neglect me because of how I look, the cards are stacked against me, it's not FAIR!!"

    Shut the hell up.

Here's what I did. I'm black, I was applying for a career years ago that has very few minorities in it at all. I wasn't quite sure if my race would be a factor at all, whether or not I would be shunned because of it. So instead of sitting back and saying "I can't do this, there aren't any other black people doing this that I can see, they must not hire us", I said nope watch this. Instead of folding my arms and pouting like a 2 year old because "the world isn't fair" I said screw it. If the cards are stacked against me then I'm going to fight twice as hard, and I'm STILL going to win even though the rest of the candidates have an unfair advantage. Watch this punks.

And when the smoke cleared and all of qualification tests were done....The one black guy in the room had the highest score. Was the grading biased against me because of my skin color? I have no idea. Either way I still won. And they couldn't have even "Affirmative Action" helped me either because the tests are written tests with score sheets and done anonymously.

The movie "Men of Honor" is what folks need to watch. That man is who minorities need to admire instead of the hip hop fools. The entire world wanted him to fail and did everything they could to make sure he did. And he still fought anyway, and he won. Because he didn't sit back pouting that "life isn't fair", he said "Oh the game is rigged? I'm playing anyway and I'll still beat all of you". And that's exactly what he did.

Or many minorities can keep sitting around pouting and feeling sorry for themselves. Don't bother me none, I got mine, I'm doing very well for myself without a legitimate care in the world.

I did it, they can too. Or they can sit down and cry about how much life isn't fair and not try. Either or, either way I'm still living la vida loca because I fought and won in a career field that people like me aren't supposed to exist in.

i have only been mugged once in my life.

by two hispanics and a black guy.

do I now use this experience to excuse racism against all black and hispanic men?

    of course not.

why not? cause I am not a racist who searches for excuses to justify irrational racism

Yet you don't think a light skinned black woman is black enough.

I also bet you still get nervous if you're alone and a group of 3 minority men approach you, don't you?

its funny, cause I live in NYC and i walk around all over.

cant remember the last time three minority men were approaching me down the street and i felt intimidated.

    maybe you should stop projecting.

It's ok I don't expect you to admit it.

I kinda did expect you to see how your treatment of this woman is no better. That part is disappointing.

hahaahah!!!!! you quote the racist piece of **** in chief.

the only black man he knows wipes his ass.

he was sued for racial discrimination and of course, settled the case.

    cause he always settles.

Trump thinks all black people are poor and live in dangerous areas, with nothing to lose.

Trump thinks Mexicans and Muslims aren't fit to judge his cases.

he thinks all Mexican immigrants are murderers and rapists.

I think the lady doth protest too much.

I notice you also avoided the following in my last quote:

"I kinda did expect you to see how your treatment of this woman is no better. That part is disappointing."

I'm sorry you can't see what you're doing there.
