    My link suggests otherwise and that self regulation as a defense against standing armies was one of our Founders goals. Having said that it is highly likely they would have viewed militarized police as standing armies and would be the first ones to defend the right of people to organize themselves into militias to fight off criminally abusive cops who have killed over 5,000 civilians since 9/11.

    10USC311 defines the militia of the United States. Your questions are irrelevant simply because you don't have a clue or a Cause regarding this issue or the nature of a Militia.

    Dude, only our federal Congress can prescribe wellness of regulation for the Militia of the United States. It is Article 1, Section 8; there is no appeal to ignorance of our own laws.
