obama.. no, i'm kidding. i mean James Powderley III

have you spoken to anyone ? it seems like when you're doing a complete hit job on someone you'll do some serious research on his backstory, you know, personal knowledge, knowledge of a circumstance or fact gained through firsthand observation or experience.

i'll be honest, i don't know mike zullo, i've never spoken to him. but he seems like a nice guy. sheriff arpaio, despite all of obama's (et al) efforts to smear him, was reelected. also obama seems to have abandoned his legal attacks of the sheriff. i may not like everything about the sheriff, but i like his background and i think he has integrity.

i've only had your diatribe for a day, let me really dig into it. and i'm glad you're willing to discuss it. i don't have a problem with these guys doing investigative research on obama, but you and your gang obviously do. remember if obama is squeaky, there is nothing to worry about. if it were me and i had nothing to hide i would welcome and embrace any investigation, even assist in the process. but that's not what i'm seeing.

a lot of your piece seems like opinion to me, even hostile fluff. that you are still taking such big swings at this story doesn't make sense, since you yourself have been telling me for a year and a half that there is no story, there is no investigation. you and fogbow and davidson look down your noses at any questions with disdain, and say it's silly and over, yet you all seem to be ramping up. why would such smart people be sending those two messages.

no indeed, i think there is more to this than meets the eye, and i am certainly in no hurry, but i'm eager to learn more. i've never been a conspiracy theorist, but i've never seen anything like this controversy.
it's ongoing despite the whining that it's not, all of you obots haven't been able to end it, and not from lack of trying. this dirty laundry needs to be aired in a courtroom, sunlight is the best disinfectant.

brilliant people with big egos such as yourself, don't waste their precious time on something so silly and trivial. i'll be back.

you say here there is no investigation.

in your review you go from "the facts are all second hand" to "three of them actually offer any new information or sources uncovered as a result of the MCCCP investigation". that doesn't seem to agree in my opinion.

you seems to mix "ruthlessly plagiarised" with a group effort, you seem surprised that corsi is involved with this process. you imply that this is just WND making trouble for the president, as if there is no room for doubt about obama's past. it seems to me that obama's own autobiograhpy is filled with fiction, i've read it twice.

you assert your own opinion about how zullo feels even comparing his approach to bill oreilly (who actually said obama senior lived in connecticut for several years, that parents sometimes get ss#'s for their babies when they are born, only obama wasn't a baby when his card was issued, and obama senior was long gone by then) that's another story (more about the media than obama in my opinion). i think you invke oreilly's name to be inflammatory. we can have another discussion about obama media bias.

you "presume" that zullo approached the state of hawaii doh as "the enemy". is that based on first hand knoelwdge, or is it you theorising ?

can you substantiate that he tried to trick/pretend a false identity as a police officer ? you say that he antagonised "just about every non birther with who he contacted in his two visits in hawaii". again, that sounds unscientific to me. one might consider your approach as "treating birthers like the enemy", it seems based in subjective even predisposed, tainted opinion.

you assert that zullo is "hiding" behind other's work, more opinion. i have seen no evidence of any of the birthers hiding, but i do get that sense from the obama machine about all of this.

you make a big point of the monetising of birtherism, even leveling serious charges of inpropriety. can you tell me now if any of the antibirther operators accept donations or engage in any renumerative activities regarding their own position and subsequebt work? (i mean donations accepted or books or merchandise sold by dr. goldcoins, fogbow or john woodman ?

you say zullo is a run of the mill birther, do you have any indication or account that he was a birther before he started with this ??

you write a disclaimer for your own work saying that is "was originally intended as a sober critique" but zullo's affidavit deserves to be laughed at. so on one hand it's significant enough for your time and depth of review, yet at the same time is too trivial to be taken seriously. which is it ? action speaks louder than words to me.

next, i'd like to discuss your work by paragraph. i think you have done an excellent job with laying out your stance. everytime either side lists the elements of the controvers,y it helps me to gain a fuller comprehension of "the big picture". this story has so many moving parts, that it's hard to grasp all at once. i think in time we will a get to seperate fact and opinion, you annotaed work seems to have plenty of both. i believe you are probably the most qualified knowledgable brightest antibirther in the game, so i appreciate the chance to discuss this with you, out in the open on a somewhat level surface.

why hasn't the justice department with it's seemingly endless power, gone after tim adams or mike zullo for perjury, that's a crime right ? aren't they obliged to do so ?

have any civil suits been filed against these two especially ? you would think fogbow, which has many lawyers might. why do they defer to the expertise of woodman and doctor conspiracy ? neither, i believe are forensic experts.

why haven't there been defamation suits (maybe there have) instigated against the birthers by antibirthers, if they are so sure they are right.

could the answer be, they don't want certain evidence unveiled in public ? (i wonder if that's the case as with susan rice, who withdrew even before she was nominated, even thuogh mr. obama was clear and concise pointing out that she had "nothing to do with benghazi").

i think these are fair questions all.

Scott, I am not a lawyer but I think I can speculate pretty easily on your questions
Perjury? When have they committed perjury? They probably have lied on 'affidavits' but the documents are just meaningless things they have posted on the internet. They have no legal value. As far as I know no original affidavit has been filed in any court- which I believe would need to happen before any perjury would have to occur.

Who has been harmed by their falsehoods? In order to file a suit a person must have standing and must have been harmed. Vaguely the President might be able to claim harm but he was re-elected so really other than wasting his time- what harm have they caused?

Again- who have they defamed? Frank? Not really. Doc Conspiracy- not really. And the only Birther who might have any money to collect might be Orly Taitz since her husband is a millionaire.

Unlike Birthers- rational people don't file lawsuits 'just because'.

    No.

All but the last one was a reasonable question.

    Let me ask you some:

    a) Why did Zullo and Arpaio present their 'findings' at a Press Conference instead of to the District Attorney's office?

    b) Why did Zullo not call in advance to Hawaii and make an appointment with the Department of Health to meet any officials?

    c) Who are the members of the posse and what is their expertise?

paragraph #54 frank. you write: Once again, Zullo betrays either a remarkable deficit of investigative skill or a deliberate desire to ignore and conceal evidence that contradicts his theory. seems verbose and unclear to me.

you cite woodman as a reference, but his reference link is broken. could you provide me with that screen shot that's missing. the pics there are small and foggy and i'm not sure constitutes proof of anything. i haven't communicated with john since he signed off, but i know he would have saved an image so critical to his theory, that you cite to bolster your theory.

this is what's there that you cite (footnote #67) from paragraph sixtyseven of your analysis/theory:

By the way, at the time of this article the original image is still currently available in google’s cache — if you hurry.

i don't know why he didn't just post the picture instead of the challenge of "if you hurry you can still see it". that's pretty sketchy if you can't show what he's based it on. also renders your point quite lame.

No. I spoke with two of the people listed as "special police." Since the rest of your post is now moot, I will move onto your the next point.

Oh... there is no "next point."

Of course it does. So what? Unlike Zullo, I am not dishonestly trying to portray my document as a legal affidavit. If you disagree with any of my "opinions" then say so. Don't just toss out vacuous ambiguities.

By the way, a new version has been uploaded as of this morning. The significant additions are 2.

I have finally discovered a second member of the posse.

And I have added a greatly extended discussion of Hawaiian law after paragraph 31.

Oh, I do far more than that. I demonstrate that there is no investigation. After more than a year now, the MCCCP has failed to uncover a single new true piece of information relevant to their expressed purpose.

That's because you have very low standards regarding what a real investigation consists of. The fact that only three of 68 paragraphs even begin to say anything new is proof that no real investigation took place. You and I can come up with three new pieces of information before getting out of bed in the morning.

Any contribution whatsoever by Corsi to an affidavit notarized and attested to be the "personal knowledge" of a different person is by definition ruthless plagiarization. It is, in fact, a lie supposedly under oath.

Now, I do not care what "seems to you." If you have substantive arguments, I'll respond. Your flaccid and gratuitous dissembling will, on the other hand, simply be ignored. Make note of this.

    No. I don't.

Zullo's acceptance of payments for the report he "co-wrote" with Corsi is a direct violation of the MCCCP's not for profit charter, as well as the MCSO Code of COnduct. He is currently under investigation by the IRS for that activity.

    None.

They have no obligation to chase squirrels when there are dragons. The Justice Department really does not care about birthers or birtherism.

The rest of your questions have nothing to do with Zullo's affidavit.

i wasn't avoiding your questions jeff, i had to pick up my dog and the servers here, while being modernised are painful to work with.

i don't know those guys, and i can't speak to their motives. the last i heard was it should go to congress, which i think is appropriate. arpaio has federal experience, i know, maybe they are still gathering, i don't think they're in as big a hurry to end this as the antibirthers are.

i don't know much about zullo's trips and i don't know the posse other than what's been presented so far.

that's what i figured. another source you cite is this article, which i think if people read it will get a sense of media bias.

    http://blogs.phoenixnewtimes.com/valleyfever/2012/09/joe_arpaios_birther_chief_gets.php

    here is a sample:

Sheriff Joe Arpaio's "birther" chief Mike Zullo has no shame in telling his story of getting the cops called on him because he spent hours at a Hawaii nursing home in an attempt to badger a 95-year-old woman.

In fact, after being asked not to return to the nursing home again, Zullo insists someone must have scared this 95-year-old woman out of talking to him. (Our guess is that his name is Mike Zullo.)

however, according to the same article:

After dealing with a police officer, Zullo went back to trying to find out how to secure an interview with Lee. Eventually, Zullo heard that Lee agreed to speak with him later that afternoon.

Shortly after that, though, Zullo got the call back from the nursing home -- Lee changed her mind, and did not want to meet with Zullo.

to be president of the united states. it's the theory looming on the horizon. no one, including marco will discuss. but if he's the kind of president that drinks water, we don't want him anyway, right ?? that's crazy, stupid and racist...

this is something else. i'll bet the American msm starts to mention it. for instance, i predict bret baier will mention orly's thing tomorrow in the grapevine tonight.... maybe not.

i guess that's it then. thanks rahl.. hey by the way i love being a birther. it brings me a great joy and certain peace, to live in a country where all different opinions coexist, in harmony and chorus forever. so your tag line should say "but not all", or "mostly".

More to the point, it sucks to be a birther... but even birthers think it sucks to be Scott.
