I'll never get tired of repeating it. Because of Obamacare, millions of insurance policies were canceled. Bogus is your beloved president.

Socialists ALWAYS force unwanted changes on citizens and then say, "Sorry you object to what WE consider to be good for you, but that's the law . . . the law which we rammed down your throat despite your vocal protests." Then they wonder why they get punished for that by the voters.

As for the current changes Obama has illegally made to the Obamacare law:

What is it with Republicans always talking about ramming things down their throats?

That may be true, but the poster appeared to be referring to him directly.

They were in unified opposition toward Obamacare, weren't they?

Most of these regulation in ACA protect all of us. For instance look at people who want to wait to purchase health insurance when their in there 50s. They wait until they become older before they decide they may need help with prescription medications or possible surgeries like hip replacements. Those of us who have paid into insurance plans most of our lives have to bear the costs of late comers who have more expensive healthcare needs simply because they are older. The days of selfish greedy free riders are gone. The fact is we all pay into plans that have components we may not need immediately because most of us will need those benefits at some point in are lives. It doesn't matter whether you like it or not the days of the free riders will exist no more. All statistics show that the older you are the more health issues you have and as a result the more expensive you are to fix. That's why we all have a stake in investing in health insurance regardless of age as a way to stabilize it.

As far as delays in implementation and other rule changes that make the ACA more workable I'll leave that up to the courts and the American people. Obama certainty can't take the changes to congress where conservative house members are waiting obliterate the ACA instead of changing or improving it. But the fact that 7 million sign ups exist and 3 million more Medicaid patients have been added due to the ACA will make it much harder to repeal it then when it was in its start up phase.

I guess 'Victory' means 7.1 mil have made their way to the website. They may have submitted applications for coverage, but don;t all have ID's yet. Their premiums (for those who are there because their original coverage was dropped) may be more or less that what they had (depending on who you ask). Their deductibles are nearing $10K (like they can afford THAT). They probably have to see doctors they don't really want and have to go to facilities they don;t want to go to.

Yes, Victory... smells like bovine excrement.

I wonder what the difference was between their medical insurance as opposed to mine? Why didn't they get to keep theirs and I got to keep mine?

We honestly don't know how they were doing since we are not them; what I do know is that people who couldn't get insurance due to pre-existing conditions, can now get medical coverage.
