That poster is a Poster provocateur.Like what Obama says to his Fundraisers.
Like how Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi and Chuckie Schumer and Debbie Wasserman
Schultz talk all the time.Flat out lies meant to agitate, instigate and project
negativity onto their opposition. We now know that the left and democrats are
Lyin cheats.Who will stop at nothing to keep up their arrogant ways & means.
But those days may finally be coming to a climax.

The author of this thread is the liberal who posts anti-gay, pro-Conservative threads... just to troll.

    A "Poe".

He knew this thread was a joke.

Funny watching people try and support it's premise though.

All I can say is you must be new to this country.

The idea is to win. I know for a fact that that is the Republican way as well.

If nobody in the Republican Party dies off between now and 2016 you might be right.

    no Harding was our greatest

a 12% unemployment rate when he took office, and then a 2% unemployment rate two years later

It's hard to really say who the greatest president was.

It's easier to say who was most influential. FDR was probably the most influential president we've had, but that tends to be the case when you're able to retain office for over 3 terms.

    lol

I think the New Deal was one of the better turning points in our overall system, but FDR did have some flaws as well - like the attempt to stack the Court and internment of Japanese-Americans.

That being said, we haven't had as much of a pro-labor president ever since.

Pro-corporate welfare, no doubt. You could say pro-welfare for removing limits on unemployment benefits too, but I guess that's fair since we threw even more money at big banks.

Basically, if the elite rich get our tax money to prop them up when they make bad investments, the least we can get back is more unemployment benefits.

Um almost all the gains cam after the Republicans retook the house...

The real economic impact of presidents is generally more psychological than real. More imaginary than reality.

Nonsense. White liberals are just as bad or even worst, because they are the people running the system that keeps blacks contented and depended on handouts for votes. Libs of all races hate black conservatives because they challenge your belief that blacks need white libs to provide for them. Feels bad when these smart black conservatives don't need your condescending and racist pandering doesn't?

..and who's more of a rich ELITIST than Obama? Or maybe he could take some of that cash he's using to buy a $35 million beach front mansion in Hawaii to help some of those poor kids in Chicago, or does he expect the business owner making $250,000 to do it instead.

Don't forget about the bail out of GM.

People really should stop correlating Republican wingers and Republican politicans for all republicans. It's true that in certain regions of the US, there is a persistent racial stigma, and that in general, subtle racial tensions and prejudices still exist, but our society has progressed some, and I don't think the color issue is as strong as it was.

As for Obama...he's not just bad because he is Black and a Democrat. He's bad by his own measure. He reneged on most of his campaign promises twice. His entire candidacy was based on these promises of hope and change and he went 180 and stomped on the pedal. And if you noticed, it was a lot of Republicans and Democrats that voted for him because regardless of their party, people generally want the same things, but he betrayed them all consistently. The only thing he might have to speak of is Obamacare, but it is entirely to early to know whether that is acutally a good policy or not. The way it was rushed through congress certainly doesn't give me any good feelings about it.

He's probably one of the worst presidents. I would have to say that if ever there was one, this man was a clear case of Affirmative Action. He most definitely was voted in because he was Black and he represented change and hope to people because of that. I actually voted for the man, and I've never felt so betrayed.

Teddy Roosevelt was the greatest American president. Trust buster, medal of honor winner, National parks and forests, Panama Canal, and he was also sued (unsuccessfully) for claiming that Democrats and Republicans in New York were the same.

He knew how to "walk softly but carry a big stick".

Ha, ha, ha. So what were your democrats' reasons for not campaigning with him for the mid-terms? Tell me. Why did they not even want to admit they voted for him? Tell me. The ones that campaigned with him lost the election, and also the ones that shunned him lost. You are really too desperate to post this type of thread after the mid terms. The voters that voted Barack down don't necessarily want repubs either, but they want a different party, anything but the democrats. Your president is a disaster.

I LOVE your sense of humor. What else could this be but satire? You have taken one giant turd and tried to polish it up and pass it off to the rest of us as a lump of gold.

    Awesome.

the US territory didn't reach the pacific ocean until 1846 (hence the meaning of from sea to shining sea) and "America The Beautiful" wasn't written until 1913

Precisely. We've established guaranteed minimum incomes for the wealthy elite.

Evidently, many Americans prefer to have another Great Recession, more overseas wars, greater inflation, less regulation (especially in food & drugs as well as Wall Street), lower taxes and greater amount of overseas tax shelters for the rich, and further enrichment of Halliburton.
