You're kinda slow on the uptake so I'll use small words. The title doesn't say that ALL M1s are banned, it says that Obama signed "a" ban to prevent ownership of these rifles. Yes, you can go and buy an M1 but you absolutely CANNOT buy one of these S. Korean M1s. Why can't you, you ask? You can't because Obama BANNED their importation. The administration has even stated outright that they banned the importation in order to prevent people from owning them. Why is that so difficult for you to understand?

if your AR15 platform weapons lower Reciever has a "Top Shelf" it can be easily made full auto or 3 round burst capable .
