Obama wants regular Americans infected.....and he especially despises the military.....so he wants them directly in the Ebola zone. The troops should refuse to go.
The fact that REPS are allowing this is more revolting than our Afro-Marxist president's continuing jihad against America(we've come to expect that).

Not much precision, jac. You? Straight to the issue? Naw, it's more like a shotgun filled with rock salt. Blows all over the place, but doesn't do any damage. But "fluffy hogwash"? Moi? Damn, that sounds horrible. The last guy who called me "fluffy" made me so wet I could barely keep enough traction to stand up straight!

Well, instead of any more fluffy hogwash, here's something you can really sink your teeth into -- EBOLA HAS ARRIVED FROM AFRICA! But unlike your own variety of hogwash, mine is accompanied by a link with relevant information: http://www.foxnews.com/health/2014/09/30/cdc-confirms-first-case-ebola-in-us/

Hey, the party's just starting. Maybe if we get drunk enough, often enough, our alcohol content alone will keep us from catching Ebola! Now THAT'S what I call a hypothesis worth pursuing! C'mon, jac -- you gotta laugh every once in a while -- especially with a clown like Obama in the White House....

Oh, no! Jac's completely reverted back to being "One-line Willy"! Guess the realization that Ebola is NOT so easy to detect, and NOT so easy to deal with once it's been set loose inside the United States hasn't dawned on you yet. Not even after this? http://www.bloomberg.com/news/2014-09-30/first-ebola-case-is-diagnosed-in-the-u-s-cdc-reports.html

And yet you hyperlibs persist in supporting the reckless stupidity of sending 3,000 American military personnel into the heart of this lethal disease zone in equatorial Africa where we have NO business sending OUR people. Predictably, when as these people are killed in one way or another, and we get embroiled in all kinds of "unintended consequences" crap that grows out of being shortsighted, simpleminded, and stupid, and the disease spreads throughout America, Obama's servile, ass-kissing "news" media will simply ignore it, or gloss it over.

If they do, I sincerely hope that hyperliberal Leftist "news" mouthpieces are the FIRST to contract Ebola. It'll be, uh, difficult to kiss their Messiah's ass when his loyalists have blood hemorrhaging out of their heads....

the unintended consequences of being stupid and doing nothing are what spread the disease

Ya know, it occurs to me that Mississippi has a climate that is just about ideal for the spreading of a disease like Ebola. Warm and humid. If I lived there, I'd stock up on garlic (lots of garlic). I'd also stock up on herbal extracts like Echinacea, Goldenseal, and Elderberry. I'm not kidding, jac. We've got a real problem now, and our idiot President Brain-Trust is only going to make everything much worse....

"Africa has a serious Ebola problem and we don't want it in the United States. Send some US personnel over there to make sure we don't catch it!"

    Yea Obama's not bright.

I almost forgot to recommend a dreadful-tasting herbal extract that works absolute miracles against viruses -- it is called Osha. Not many people have heard of it, but I recommend it highly: http://www.herb-pharm.com/store/product_info.php?products_id=145 This is just one excellent company that produces Osha tincture. You'll thank me one day if you pick up a bottle at a good health food store, jac. This stuff KILLS viruses!

That is the smart way of doing things. I suppose you would prefer for it to come here so we can fight in Dallas. Oh wait, that is right, it already has come to Texas. I warned people very early in this thread that we need to head this off in Africa before it comes here. Already we have the first person and more will come as it spreads to more transportation hubs. So unless America is prepared to close all its airports, sea ports, and place tanks on the borders we should probably try and stop it where it is at now.

Oh, and by the way, please do remember that Ebola CAN be spread through the air! I know I posted this once before, but some folks seem to have forgotten it already (and Obama's kiss-ass "news" media have ignored it completely) -- http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1997182/

I'm only trying to help prepare you, jac. Ebola kills 70% of everyone who contracts it, and from what I remember of the "Deep South", it remains warm, muggy, and humid for at least another month. Another thing that will help after the government finally acknowledges that Ebola can be spread through the air is a liquid garlic product from Kyolic: http://www.amazon.com/Kyolic-Garlic...12253183&sr=8-3&keywords=kyolic+liquid+garlic

I have gotten rid of sinus infections by putting this stuff up into my nostrils three times a day for two days in a row. Do one nostril at a time because it burns somewhat and is pretty unpleasant. And, yes, it does stink like garlic. But remember, until penicillin was discovered in the 1920's, garlic was considered to be the best antibiotic, anti-fungal, anti-microbial substance in the world!

Hey, if Obama won't do anything to keep Ebola out of the country, we have to try to help each other....

Lol I'm sorry but this is the most illogical argument I've ever heard. You missed ONE other option. We stop allowing people from the infected zones in our nation temporarily. Remember, we've done this before successfully.

You cant unless you close off ALL contact with other countries. The 21 day incubation means a guy in Liberia can travel to South Africa who can fly to Paris and then be in New York all in a week. So is America prepared to close all entrances into this country? No trade, no tourism, not travelling? A Virus is not stopped by borders, as long as people in infected countries can travel to other parts of Africa it can get to ANY country. You cannot ignore it, putting your head in the sand will not save you.
