Obama's Administrative Amnesty for Illegal Aliens!

Yay for having a dictator. Who cares about that checks and balance thing, congress only scrapped the bill, but who cares when the lord Obama, the one that wishes he could be a dictator on more than one occassion, deems that congress is irrelevant.

America is made of immigrants- legal and illegal.
They have vastly enriched the cultural fabric of the US, regardless of what intolerant and paranoid reactionaries like to think about it.

Its not changing the law or even criminal behavior. you don't know a thing about how immigration law works! Immigration violations are not criminal laws or subject to criminal courts. They are a form of administrative law governed by an Executive. agency

CIS always has discretion to waive immigration violations. Its written into the Immigration code itself. You are making a truly ignorant assertion here.

Fact is, Obama, having sworn to uphold the law of the land, does not care one lick about our laws, just like the lawbreakers who sneak across the border, and are now rewarded by him and his ilk. How shameful.
If I ever had even an inkling of respect left for that sorry excuse for a man, its turned now to utter disgust.

 

Amnesty should be followed by a "Real " Securing of our Southern Border ,otherwise it's Marxism .

 

First, employers should be double and triple checked.
Second, border security...airtight.
Thirdly, out with those who are here illegally, with an easier and more productive legal entry, having health checks and criminal background checks for all, just like with all other immigrants.
Just because we are invaded by masses of people, doesn't mean we must buckle.
Uphold the law, and you are welcome, now and always. Snub your nose at the law, and reap the consequences.
What BO and his ilk are really saying is that they are too wimpy to deal with these criminals, but rather thumb their noses are those at our citizens and those who immigrate here legally.

 

There are places where the boarder is completely open (no fence or easy to climb), which is a security risk.

 

I believe he is stating he would rather have us enforce the existing laws on file instead of trying to change them, In my opinion.

In my view, Granting amnesty to many illegal immigrants will not solve the problem we have with them.

The whole reason that we have so many is that employers hire them to work jobs at LESS than minimum wage and without many, if all, of the benefits that legal citizens get.

So let's just say that the government grants amnesty, and all of these illegals would now be legal. The employer would have to start paying these employees at or above minimum wage, Right? They would have to give the same benefits to them that other employees had already been given, Right? Wouldn't this cost the employer more?

I think in that situation, The employer would simply lay off the now-legal workers and hire MORE illegals, As it saves them money. It's only logical.

So the only way I can see granting amnesty is if we seal our borders TIGHT, and impose SEVERE fines and other penalties on an employer that hires illegal immigrants.
