You can call it a "violation"...I have no problem with that. But, my statement still stands. I support the current process to become legal (I'm not saying its perfect), and would like to see it enforced. And secure the border.
They're only coming up here because Mexico has its own illegal immigrant problem from Central and South America. But their cops actually enforce their illegal immigration laws and treat them like the criminals that they are. They don't pamper and coddle them, tickling their privates for votes like Obama and the liberal Democrats do!
What are you, retarded? Illegal immigrants can be ARRESTED and KICKED OUT OF OUR COUNTRY! Just how much more criminal punishment can you get than that?
Obama and his administration do not care about what the majority of Americans want. He's demonstrated this several times by abusing his authority. His insistence on granting illegal immigrants citizenship (or close to it as possible) is an obvious attempt to gain votes and to continue "diversifying" America. His actions are a continuous slap in the face to the American majority. 2008 was a terrible mistake, it can't happen again in 2012.
Question is, is what he does even legal? Hasn't he sworn to uphold the law, and isn't it up to Congress to make law?
To have a sitting president willingly not protect our borders and not uphold the law appears to be an impeachable event.
This is the million dollar question. What will the Republican presidential candidates say about this. Will they acknowledge it or oppose it.
I wish I knew the specifics of whether or not his actions are legal. I'm just sick of this maverick behavior and willingness to make decisions regardless of Congress or "We the People". They'll have to mind their tongues, otherwise they'll provide perfect fodder for the Obama administration's 2012 campaign.
It would be great if they issued a statement directed at this, specifically. Perry should have the most problems with immigration in general, and his answer would be the most telling.
I got to thinking what the Republican candidates could say in response to obamas irresponsible behavior. What about if they just make the point that obama didn't go threw congress.
