As if we can believe in polls after Hillary's defeat.
It's that simple. Obama's score is obviously manipulated upwards not to be dead lowest, :hmm:

Across an immense, unguarded, ethereal border, Canadians, cool and unsympathetic,
regard our America with envious eyes and slowly and surely draw their plans against us.

I'll trust our other members can readily understand my post.

And as you've demonstrated your reading comprehension problems and inability to intellectually honestly characterize what I've stated or claimed, I'll ask that you quote my posts verbatim in the future to avoid this kind of waste of time. Thank you.

I wanted to compare apples to apples. Why you want to cherry pick is beyond me. You want to compare 8 years to two weeks? I wanted to compare the first two weeks to the first two weeks. How else can I spell that out for you?

All your doing now is repeating yourself. You said you will leave it to others to decide yet you are still hear with nothing more than the same old trash.

All righty then. Pick whatever you want. Are you postulating that a two week time frame, essentially a snapshot, is as worthwhile to judge a popularity rating as an entire term of office?

Are you a "global warming" believer in which yesterday's high temperature is proof of a trend that the wise person would not draw conclusions about for a planet that is 4 billion years old?

President's often enjoy some of their highest popularity numbers when they take office. The fact that the current oompa loompa in chief has only been there a few weeks and is already extremely unpopular should tell you something. Or it doesn't.
Climate science exists independent of your beliefs. Yours happen to be rooted in politics, not science.

    Often but not always

Climate science indeed exists but everyones is rooted in politics and little in science. There is far too much money and politics involved for science to remain impartial

There is one side who injects politics to protect their donors and one side who trusts science. You figure out which.

Better than the "Guy who inherited billions from his daddy, and lost of all because he sucked at business, and got it back by stealing from business partners and his family's charity" in chief.

The Obama-hating obsessives' hissysnit persists because the twice-popularly-elected president completed his second term with 59% approval/ 37% disapproval, Americans' clearly superior estimation to that assigned his predecessor when he absconded, and to that of his successor when he made his debut.

They can't let go. Watching the paranoids contrive their "alternative facts" is quite amusing, actually.

You don't get to 'back' climate change and your 'trust' is irrelevant when dealing with science. That's what the right fails to understand, likely due to ignorance, that belief and trust are not relevant aspects of science.

He inherited millions. Millions in hard cash as well as a lifetime of work from his father in generating business contacts. Let's not act like he didn't have a significant head start. The narrative that he built himself up from scratch is a false one and you know it.

Not only did he inherit property that is now worth billions, he has almost no liquidity. By most accounts he is up to his eyes in debt. So much bad debt that American and western European banks won't lend him money. This is why some think he is buddy buddy with Russia, because they are desperate enough to loan him money.

    And the whine fest continues,
are you guys at least starting to tire?

    Look, on topic, imagine that
Obama's 8 years were a disaster, he got nothing done, set up a welfare program disguised as health care, which we unfortunately are having to spend considerable effort at the outset to abolish, and replace.
He gave money away to some very bad players, lost all respect from around the world, made no progress on terror, underemployment is killing the middle class.

His approval rate is at 51% because clueless left wing nut jobs, the same ones that failed to put Hillary over the top are still backing the Kenyan from Hawaii.

Hopefully he will go away and stay away so trump can Make America Great Again, because that is going to take some of those 51% to join in and help, and stop crying like the little girls you are.

No it isnt. You are trusting they are right. Im not in that boat. Its not like practical science where things are really proven to be so, it theory which takes a certain amount of trust that your correct

So your changing your tune. He started out with 2 million and now is worth billions. I call that a major success

That's possible. He inherited his fathers business which was at the time worth as much as $800million. He was also given a million dollars off the bat just to start. He made a smart bet with his massive gift/inheritance by investing in NYC. That's how he made his current estimated worth. The problem is he is not a very good at managing his money or businesses and has relied on things like tax breaks and government subsidy to make a profit. He has built up billions of dollars in debt and has had multiple bankruptcies.

There are entrepreneurs in this country who have literally built a multi-billion dollar company out of a garage or an idea. Trump is not one of them. He started out with a massive amount no strings attached capital. Invested in real-estate and got lucky.

Maybe you can explain how he should manage his money better? Having a private jet and being a billionaire is obviously not a sign of someone who knows how to manage money. Can you tell us how to better manage our money? The last thing we want is a private jet and a billion dollars...we want to hear about your spectacular advice on being a successful forum poster with 40posts.

We're the only country on the planet with idiots who don't trust science. At least your wear your badge of ignorance proudly.
I have no tune. He wouldn't have accomplished what he did without daddy's money and business contacts. The fat coward in chief has never had to work a hard day in his life and has likely had more manicures than you've taken showers.

No, his father's company made billions. Trump didn't actually do anything to earn it. The company was already successful. He inherited his father's 400 million dollar fortune, and then at back and his his father's company continue making the money.

He became richer than his father because he ran the company like a venture capitalist. He would take out loans to pay his part of the startup funds for a new business, and make the other investors sign a contract giving him majority control, and putting his loans in the business' name, instead of his. If the business began to go under, he would use his majority control to sell off company assets, including draining employee pensions, which would then have t be covered by the taxpayers, and walk away leaving the other investors and the employees to lose everything while he made millions. He would do all this without actually using any of his own money. In fact, when he did go bankrupt, it was because investors started pulling out because of his reputation as swindler and he ended up having to pay all the costs of the companies himself, and he couldn't afford it. Also, a big part of his bankruptcies were all the lawsuits he had for sexual harassment, and the fines for violating OSHA and other safety and health agencies standards.
