    A law to make docs physically move an embryo from a tubal ligation to inside the womb. An impossible feat of magic for the religious right to process. Failure to do so means imprisonment or death.

    Okay, I agree with that. So some dumb cluck wants Doctors to take a "fertilized egg' sitting in some tube, and then by some voodoo.....transport it into the womb. Is that it?

    The idea is, if they perform a surgery to prevent an ectopic pregnancy (which is necessary for the woman), then they would have to move the little developing fetus into the uterus and reimplant it, somehow. The issue is the medical technology to reimplant an already established fetus at that stage doesn't really exist.

    Some of this extremist crap makes it onto the law books in the Red states and then it has to be challenged in the courts.

    Abortions are not legal all the way up to birth in the entire USA. If a woman waits to long to abort she cant abort in many instances. So she is now legally required to hold the baby to term. Your wrong end of story.
