    Sort of misses the points (2)

    1. The actual need has not been addressed by either candidate. BoBo is sizing his based on how much money he is willing to divert from more important items like vote buying and growing government while Romney is willing to discuss the issue
    2. The size of the fleet always compares to a previous period..If we had a few more ships the date would have been later and a few less the date would be earlier.

    WWII is over.

    CVN-78 was started in 2005. it's keel was layed down in 2009, it's expected to enter service in 2015
