What is the second crime? Asked but never answered....

Asked and answered. Several times. Try being honest for five seconds.

 

I don't pretend to be adjudicating this case, and respect the prosecution and the defense to do so within the law, each a check on the other.

I could pound a gavel and issue my rulings as some may be wont to do, but they would have no bearing on the case whatever.

Some clearly have contempt for certified democratic elections and the American justice system. I do not.

 

When Bragg first brought indictments against tRaitor tRump some were skeptical, not most. Many people applauded his tenacity.

The Georgia case is "collapsing" only because tRaitor tRump's Supreme's are running interference for him. TRaitor tRump's judge Aileen Cannon is slow walking the "documents charges" and making more than there is out the documents being in an order that isn't the same as when tRaitor tRump had them.

 

It is only a felony if there are underlying crimes none of which have been charged let alone proven.

So you can't find anything else in the charging document either. Thought so.

 

In bold, the purpose is election interference........
".....and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof, made and caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise, to wit, an entry in the Detail General Ledger for the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust...."

 

No this case is about keeping Trump off the campaign trail and keeping clueless joe from having to debate.

 

Which is not in the charging document and is itself debateable. Even Stormy says that wasn't what she was paid for so now either Jail Stormy for multiple perjuries, or turn Trump lose.

 

Can't try someone for crimes not in the charging document.

 

Sprinkling in "power words" has zero to do with the trial. One cannot cover up the lack of legal focus with bold type.
The prosecution has still not laid out how they attach a state charge to a federal one.
Maybe you don't care if you lose your due process, but I do - for all of us.

Yet the trial continues, have you contact the Trump defense to find out why it was not appealed to a higher court? Or, is dealing with reality not an option?

 

It isn't listed as a crime. And it isn't being tried as such the only thing you've got is out of date misdemeanors. You showed it to me I read it you're hanging your hat on air.

 

It can't be appealed til it's over.

Keith Davidson, Stormy Daniels lawyer: "It was not a payoff. It was not hush money. It was consideration."..... A fundamental aspect of contract law. Also "bargained-for exchange." This means that both parties are getting something that they've agreed to.
