In UK, people are completely free to express their opinion by writing on the walls:

Sad but true. My theory is that this forum has become Right due to the massive inflow of refugees from similar forums which are even more intolerant Leftist. I was a Citizen of Straight Dope.

I know, I still smile when I think of the looks on the liberal media reporters faces when FL was called for Trump, it was all down hill from there. I laughed a lot that night, better than any comedy Hollywood has put out in ages...

There is no such thing as "hate speech" is US law, at any level, let alone the constitution. Threats are not hate speech, they are threats. Threats are not allowed, hate speech is allowed. If you are not permitted to say controversial things, then there is no point in free speech. Free speech allows people to say things others don't want to hear. That is the entire point.

The Nazis, the KKK, the Aryan Nation and skin heads all spew hate speech threats, and carry them out.

Lol sorry Lawyer Dave. I wasn't aware "Hate speech threats" was a statute. Must have changed after the Nazi KKK Aryan Nation Skin Head vs. United States case of 2017.
