We already have H2A visas to cover the agricultural workers.

When was the last time you heard of ICE raiding a farm ??? It's been awhile.

H2A visa holders use the visa to get them across the border then go AWOL and decide to stand in front of Home Depots instead.

 

ICE should be raiding the farms as these are fertile grounds. The fact that they are not raiding the farms is another violation of the rule of law (equal Justice under the law).

Why do Democrats give illegal aliens special protections from being prosecuted for all of the crimes they have committed while American citizens are prosecuted and sent to prison for committing the same crimes ?

 

I hope you don't vote. If you can't pass the citizenship test we require for immigrants, you must have slept during civics/American government in junior high and high school. The test isn't hard. It's just basic knowledge of how the U.S. government works.

I disagree with the quota. My basic view is that they need a working knowledge of English, need to have gotten a high school diploma/GED or if under 18, working on them, have no criminal background other than misdemeanor traffic tickets. I don't think they should have instant citizenship, but should get green card status, and after 5 years can apply for citizenship (with all of it's requirements, including English language, the citizenship test, etc.).

We are looking at amnesty #8 right now, the DACA amnesty.

If the Democrats and the illegal alien dreamers get their amnesty you can expect another 2 million illegal aliens crossing the border demanding amnesty # 9.

It's what has happened after every amnesty since 1986.

Build the wall and secure our borders fist then take on what to do with the illegal aliens who are already here.

 

A green card has a path to citizenship. One puts in the years, keeps a clean nose and passes the civics test and one becomes a citizen. Personally I think we should give immediate citizenship to any immigrant - legal or otherwise - who joins the U.S. Military, completes the commitment and leaves with an honorable discharge or re-enlists. Someone who does that deserves citizenship.
