Online voting is one of the most insane things I have heard of. No, it would never be secure. Ask our banks, social media sites, and many other corporations who rely on internet security for their users...

I don't care if a Republican or Democrat lobbied for online voting...I would vote against that individual JUST on that topic alone.

    It's asinine.

I bet that cooked hag Snipes was in their tearing up all the repub votes she could behind the illegal locked door the she was in.
She broke so many laws she should be in prison.
But why is it that she is still in control?

Georgia, Florida, and most red states.

I know. I know. "How was there any similar problems by Republicans in Florida?"

Scott tried to call in law enforcement to stop the vote. When that didn't work he claimed ballots were being created and called for stopping the count because he didn't like the direction it was going. Similar in Georgia.

Yeah, and in a REPUBLICAN-CONTROLLED STATE!!

You can be sure they would have her in court and prison if they could.

Governor Scott did not try to stop the vote, he called in FDLE to check on alleged fraud. When ballot boxes are found in places they shouldn't be that is a little more than strange.

It's just democrat run districts in FL that have problems. In FL, the local precincts/elections are run by an elected official in county government. Most of the state has no problem.

I do agree that Voter ID should be mandated, and it should be free.

Miami-Dade, which is the most foreign feeling, had no problems with sending in results in a timely fashion.

The problem with that is that the choice of ballot setup is by the local government--i.e. the elected official (in this case the democrat, Brenda Snipes). The state government is not setting up the ballot, and honestly, I have no idea why anybody would set up a ballot like the ballot in Broward, except for total incompetence or to try to do some kind of fraud. Neither are acceptable.

In my county in FL, with a Republican official creating the ballot, the top two races were the Governor and the Senate race, followed by the U.S. House race, then State level races, then county level races, then state constitutional amendments (12 of them), and then local referendums. It's not a FL thing, it's a Broward county corruption thing.

She should be removed from office for incompetence. She's either a fraud or she's incompetent. Either one should cause her to be removed from office. That's the problem with electing officials for positions that should be appointed. The people rarely look at the qualifications for minor county officials on voting day.

But still.........we didn't vote for Senator but of course did so for the House. Had I not seen that on the ballot I surely would have asked. Did these 25,000 go to vote not even knowing there was a race for their Senator???

Exactly where she belongs. But without the help of the house and senate and court system she is free to do as she wishes, to heck with the law.

Scott and Nelson both have allowed even helped big sugar destroy Florida along with other so called 'leaders'. Our waters and beaches are now toxic waste dumps from lobby controlled crooks in office. They all should go to jail, imo.

I don't understand what your saying because I don't see any counties elections legal or on time. And S,Florida is like S.Ca. hardly recognizable from what is was 50 years ago.
Pollution and crime no matter who the leaders are, imo.

The Florida senate and house are both republican, so what's the problem?

Very well. But you need to be blaming capitalism for that. The sugar industry owns the politics. So you might find out how and why the sugar industry is driven to buy government and produce such pollution.

No way is capitalism the blame. Capitalism is what made this the greatest nation on earth till socialist aka communist took over.
It is chrony capitalism that is the problem which isn't really capitalism at all.
IMO it doesn't matter who is in there it get worse every year , they just blame each other while sticking it too us.
I do think Trump was foolish enough to think he could make a change but not more than 50% on that either.
I stopped voting period years ago. I don't think we need all these wars and we haven't been a nation in decades. No border ,no nation.
I just post to vent and boredom really.

Careful! Making that assertion could make you a "mindless fanatic" if you were to mean it. Obviously there was no "socialist aka communist take over". But of course capitalism is to blame since politicians carry water for the top capitalists and capitalism is what drives this country, economically and in every other way.

So your whole purpose and ideology is about stamping your feet and whining about non-existent ridiculous claims. I'll have to remember what you're about and post accordingly. Thanks for the warning!

You can live in denial if you like.
I'll quote a really hard core Capitalist that at least got this one right below.
Marxism never got anythign right and there is plenty of evidence to prove it fro mall the nations foolish enough to think it last.
But looking back none of them last because capitalist get fat and lazy and bring in those who eventually take over with numbers. All empires fall for the exact same reasons. We'er no different.
