You know as well as I do that Israel has no intention of negotiating a peace unless it is 100% on Israel's terms. That would be unacceptable to anyone but a Zionist. A one-sided agreement is no agreement at all.

 

Israel offered Gaza, 95% of the WB with equitable land swaps and capital in Jerusalem to Arafat. If these are 100% Israeli terms they are pretty generous, don't you think? The world thought of them as generous at the time anyway. Of course Arafat walked out without a counteroffer.
