God, it has nothing to do with that. I do not get that crap down here. I see her interviews online and she comes across as an experiment in artificial stupidity. She has solid ideologies but if she is in fact intelligent and can translate that in to policies, then she's just a hopeless communicator.... which is a problem in itself. No point saying she's a great writer too, the publishers will fix that up. I know a guy with hopeless English skills, failed high school and went on to be a millionaire at 21. You cannot simply relate money to intelligence either.

 

The unbelievable truth is that certain portions of the US right-wing actually believe Palin can be a credible candidate for president! The most powerful nation on the planet and all they can come up with is yet another clueless imbecile for the White House. What that says about the electorate doesn't bear repeating-andit's no wonder the world laughs at American stupidity!

 

Who wrote Palin's books for her? Oh yes, Lynn Vincent. Boy it takes real genius to get someone to write your books, doesn't it?

 

Someone else wrote the books which Palin takes the credit (and cash), for. Palin is a dummy. End of.
As for 'running a state' there are some small towns in England with a bigger population than Alaska!

 

Of course she's going to enter the race. She's just treating her formal entry into the race as a publicity stunt.

 

I really hope she runs; we're running short of decent US comedy shows over here.

Seriously, if she is the nominee for the Republicans I will just give up on politics altogether. If I have to choose between a closet Marxist and a reality TV bimbo I will walk away. I'll vote for almost any Republican besides her. I cannot stand her anymore. I'm sick and tired of her phony platitudes and simplistic sloganeering.

 

Sarah Palin is her own candidate, not the GOP's. She can announce her candidacy at any time and get instant support from her base, of which she has a very large one. Those polls from the Obama Machine are bogus. She's been campaigning for longer than all the other candidates, including Obama; for over two years now. Obama's people know how much of a threat that she truly is to him because she has been consistent and resilient in her resolve. She's weathered the storm of the liberal character assassination attempts against her and her family and beat all of you, even when you guys thought you had "got" her with the release of her 24,000 PRIVATE e-mails; only to find out that she is actually a nice lady and a devoted leader to her constituents.

She is not a serious contender. She struggles to articulate a coherent and comprehensive policy view on almost everything. It's mostly vague sloganeering and simplistic platitudes.

Anyway, that's not my number one reason. She's a nice lady but she's a simpleton! My eyes glaze over when I listen to her speak. She struggles to articulate a coherent and thoughtful view on almost any topic of complexity or depth. I cannot stand her simplistic populist platitudes and the fact that she did a stint on reality TV really turns me off. This is the Presidency we're talking about here. She is beneath the dignity of the office, just like Obama.

 

Listen to her.. Listen to what she says and the way she says it.

Well with what is in the White House today as President...... Palin is not all that bad.

Her way of thinking, and views on all subjects are very accurate, and makes sence of everything she says.
She always has a logical solution to any problem.

I do belive that Palin and Perry will be the last two standing for the Presidency position.
