Yep. Whichever party is in office appoints most people to head these departments and then that person appoints many people under them, all under the same persuasion. BOTH parties have a deep state whenever they are in office. The longer they are in office, the deeper the deep state gets. Was Biden going to appoint a Republican to head the DOJ? Of course not. He appointed a fellow lefty who has lefty views. I'm sure Biden was probably telling the truth when he said he had zero beforehand knowledge that the FBI was going to raid Trump's home. But, that doesn't change the fact that Biden appointed a partisan lefty to head the DOJ, a person who shares Biden's lefty bias, a person who pays attention when the Jan 6th panel of democrats starts attacking Garland for not investigating Trump. To claim that the DOJ is an independent agency who doesn't have a bias is totally and completely absurd. Of course they do.
