Wahhabis aren't so bad.. I lived around them for nearly two decades... A lot of what passes for Wahhabi, isn't.. Its just a word that talking heads glommed onto after 9-11.. OBL was a follower of Sayid Qutb which has been outlawed in KSA since King Faisel.
Oh please, Wahhabism IS the direct faith of ISIS, Al Qaeda, etc. Not all Wahabbi's are terrorists, but anyone who believes in that is insane, and anti democratic. The Wahhabis are good Muslims to support. They will show no mercy to Iranian terrorists who they catch, and lop off their heads in the name of their allah god. So, we're supposed to back Saudi Arabia, the same country that supports Sunni radical movements like ISIS?! It looks like the master "strategy" we're using is to make sure that both Saudi and Iran get nukes and that they wipe each other out. Not the worst idea that anybody ever had. Then we could go in and get rid of whatever is left in both countries, level all the Islamo-Nazi "holy sites", and functionally remove Islam from human experience.... Tin-horn dictators like Asad come and go... it seems to be in the nature of some people that they never get any other kind of government than one headed by some kind of "strong man" dictator (and judging from Iraq, they don't want one, either). Fine. That's their business. But Islam itself is different because it poses a very real "clear and present danger" to all of human civilization.
