He charges secret service members for the use of his golf carts. His hotels surge the cost of renting properties when his inauguration delegation stays nearby or when the RNC attends.

All require your tax dollars and direct them to his privately owned resorts.

No prior SOS ever set up a private server in order to escape oversight. No prior SOS ever transmitted the numbers of classified documents as Hillary did. The Hillary-loving State Department came out and claimed that Colin Powell transmitted two classified documents through his private email account, but Powell vehemently disputed that allegation.
