Its 9/10ths of a mile.. and the walk back took about 40 minutes.. but if you look at the 7-11 there is a whole line of shops in that strip mall.. If the rain was heavy, maybe he wandered and looked into shop windows.. Not exactly weird or suspicious. http://www.zimbio.com/pictures/q0XO...ord+Florida+Awaits+Trayvon+Martin/PX4gsrIlLTv
It is .60... and the time between his 7/11 checkout and the confrontation with Zimmerman was 53 minutes.
1. A person on neighborhood watch should not be armed; neighborhood watch observes and reports. 2. Had Zimmerman waited for police the altercation would never have escalated. I don't care if the young man was "high" or not...at the time he was approached, he wasn't a threat to anyone or anyone's property. Being armed gave Zimmerman a false sense of security and bravado...the exact type of personality that has no business carrying a loaded firearm around the general public. In essence he was looking for trouble, and sure enough trouble found him. Even if he walks, his life as he knew it is over with. Why? Poor judgment.
No, whats weird is assuming this is the time the sweetie boy decided to do some window shopping. Its not steeped in any kind of reality.
So a person who is involved with neighborhood watch can never carry a gun, even if they have a permit? He was not on active duty, he was going to the store and noticed Trayvon up on the grass looking into homes.
Poor judgement, perhaps....but no natural or legal rights exist that prohibit one from asking, or being asked a question to their business in an area.
"All in" is a good terminology for they're position - kind of reminiscent of the casting aside of care and going "all-in" in Texas Hold 'em poker. That's surprising since from what's been so far revealed, I don't see how anyone can conclude much of anything without doing quite a lot of jumping.
I take it back. I wasn't remembering that it was a gated community so cutting the gap wouldn't be possible. It is .8 walking through the entrance. https://maps.google.com/maps?saddr=...vom-ykDSXBEmBLniDECY3fbhls1Nw&mra=ls&t=m&z=17 Oh snap... check that out... google has added "google walk" Rinehart Rd and Oregon Ave 16 mins
Thats awesome about google walk!! Anyways, unless he went with those boys to get high, there is evidence of some sort that was left on the porch to indicate that Trayvon had been there on the porch at sometime, and I bet he spotted Z, knew he was looking at him and on his phone, and he went back and dropped some stuff off, or thats when he took off his button and placed things in his pocket because he knew he was going to go F up Zimmerman.
Probably takes this guy an hour to walk .8 of a mile too... Clearly that is a bit of fun. Trayvon was obviously not THAT "roped"
What is most amazing is that there is not a shred of evidence to support such a statment. None. Certainly in with all of the knowns surrounding the case one could make a compelling argument either way without having to resort to complete fabrications.
Yeah did we ever find out what "roped" meant? Margot probably knows. Found this- http://theconservativetreehouse.com/2012/05/28/reasonable-hypothesis-from-treeper-diwataman/
You sir, are correct. Actual neighborhood watch programs do just that, watch. They do not arm themselves and they do not confront folks. Why? well to avoid messes like this. http://thegrio.com/2012/03/21/zimmerman-not-a-member-of-recognized-neighborhood-watch-organization/ “Neighborhood Watch — the way we teach it, and the way it has always been — is based on the premise that we don’t carry weapons, nor do we intervene in any incidences,” the leader continued. “Because what that does is escalate a situation and makes a volunteer another victim. We’ll use this sad event as a bad example, but we won’t be changing any literature or protocols.” Of course, Zimmerman's posse was not a formal neighborhood watch program, or one registered as such with the parent organization that created them.
The last definition at http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=roped seems to apply 6. roped 7 up, 25 down The act of getting really really high. So high that you are roped Yo, me and Jonny O got so roped. Yo man, Joe has burnt so much rope that he might have ropeburn. Jonny lassoed us a fat noose and we took it to the dome
Really?? http://video.foxnews.com/v/1543560623001/what-really-happened-the-night-trayvon-martin-died No seats on the porch either- around the 3:08 mark- Next!
(my long fought basic retirement to the occupation of semi-professional poker player inspires some of that terminology leaking into my forum rhetoric... I've used "all-in" a number of times in the Z/T threads...and "level one" thinkers to describe the myopia surrounding political expedience can be found in a few of my comments...good poker players must be "level three" thinkers....or always be thinking about what the other players are thinking you're thinking.....we absolutely feast on those who only see the cards they hold )
So, in short, a community can protect itself how it sees fit... and he did absolutely nothing illegal in his desire to stop yet more crime in his gated community, and they had Sheriff training through the neighborhood watch program and were simply not registered. The OFFICIAL organization does not mention arming ones self... though local programs often do recommend against it... for the protection of the person from being attacked with their own weapon. And... it is simply discouraged. It won't get your charter revoked from the parent organization, as there are no rules against it... again, those child organizations that discourage it don't require you to be unarmed either.
We have not the slightest indication this came from anywhere except the OP author's or someone else's fevered imagination as a paid propagandist by the Zimmerman lawyers or simply from racist bigots who think it is just as likely that a kid is stoned out of his on DXM instead of taking his time getting back home to be under mom's thumb while talking privately with his gf. Yeah, EVERY Conservative always liked being momma's boy instead of talking with a gf.
I am not sure how no seats on the porch supports your claim that Trayvon Martin went and got high with three guys from 7-11.
Hey, whatever dude, its your own life if you want to bury your head in the sand and act like he was found with his purity ring on as well.
