You're confusing two different things. On the one hand you have my quote which says that six times as many unarmed blacks are killed by police as unarmed white men. So you recognize my point. Good.

Then you quote statistics from the same article that deals with percentages of blacks and whites who were not killed by police in connection with apprehension for a crime.

And somehow, in that zealous brain, you manage to LEAP to a conclusion that somehow this proves me wrong? LOL!!!!!!!!!!

 

Oh God! That was proven a long time ago. Study after study. We've discussed this on this forum many times. There are so many studies that prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is racist bias in many police departments it's staggering. Not all, but enough to completely justify these protests.

My point is that calling it "murder" isn't as simple as that. We don't know until the Justice system makes a final decision. Obviously we don't know that the police officer had intent to kill the man - not that we need to know that in order to totally condemn his incompetent actions.
